Hotel is charming and intimate. The room is a little shabby. The headboard is cloth and at the top you can see all the dust accumulated in the creases. The shower calk is a little old and dirty and the water bottle they leave for you is reused and old

Always a warm welcome from the staff at the hotel, it’s a great place to stay. Central location and a great bed. The one thing that I noticed was a bit disappointing was the black mould in the shower. But overall a great stay as always

The mystifying and most unsatisfactory aspect of our experience at the Bachamont was the housekeeping staff's inability to clean our room. We purposely left during day hours so that they could have access to it at a time that was convenient for them. This was particularly frustrating because I had taken a bad fall and needed to rest and recover while there. The kitchen and reception staff were good about delivering ice to our room so that I could treat my injuries. That meant a great deal to us. But, all in all, it was a strange experience and we will not return.

The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with lots of small bars and restaurants in the area at a walking distance. About a 25 minute walk from Parque del Retiro and the neighborhoods make it very walkable. The staff at the hotel is so helpful and very friendly. It was a very lovely experience in Madrid.

This is a great location North of the Seine. Very walkable. We used it as a base for the first few nights of our stay.
