✔ The Bunk House: Sleeps 4, Queen bedroom, fun Bunk Room with 2 Twins, kitchenette and full bathroom.
✔ The Ponderosa: Sleeps 8, large living space, 3 bedrooms featuring a King bedroom, 2 Queen beds, and a Queen air mattress. Fully Equipped Kitchen and 2 Full bathrooms.
✔ Rustic Star: Sleeps 8, large living space with gorgeous stone fireplace, 2 Queens bedrooms and family room with 2 Queen beds set up as bunk. Fully Equipped Kitchen and 1 Full bathroom.

INTERNET ACCESS
Each cabin now offers reliable internet, combining modern convenience with rustic charm.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED
Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.

PET POLICY
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
Please pick up after pets outside.
We allow up to 5 small to medium size dogs (max 25 lbs.).
No vicious breeds are permitted.
No other pets are allowed without Manager approval.
A $50 pet fee per pet plus tax.

Extra fees plus tax
Pack n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is $75.00.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
​​​​​​​Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
