This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom split level condo Sandpiper A-1E is situated within the private gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. Your stay at Sandpiper A-1E will be a beach vacation you will never forget! Step into this beach rental to find all the comforts and conveniences of home. Enjoy your favorite home-cooked meals from the unit's full kitchen, equipped with major appliances and cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen bar, in the dining room area, or from your private balcony. Guests will enjoy lounging in the living room area, which features large furnishings, flat screen television, and complimentary wireless Internet. This unit also features a washer & dryer to handle any laundry needs during your beach vacation. Unit is accessible by elevator and parking is located under the building on the ground floor.

We love Litchfield By The Sea but not this property. It was ill equipped, not clean and had quite a few broken things. Management did their best to right the wrongs, but I cannot recommend staying there at this point. There is a lot of work to be done.

Great size and location!

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit because the size and bed configurations are great for our group. We love the location (especially the view from the balcony and proximity to pool and beach access) and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bathrooms have not been updated and the unit could use a deep clean (visible dust on bathroom vents and under the dining table; dust bunnies behind beds when looking for outlets) - these are not problems for us but could be for others. Otherwise, clean and comfortable. We will likely stay here again in the future.

Condo was nice, location couldn't have been better. Major problem, commode in one of the bathrooms didn't work. Water was turned off, but we were not made aware of a problem. Consequently, we ended up with a flooded bathroom. Called the office, had a couple of different people try to fix it. No success. So we were short a bathroom for the entire week. This should have never happened. This problem should have been disclosed at the beginning. Owner/Vrbo knew there was a problem, but didn't tell us. Other than that, we had a great time.

can't beat the view and location

We really lucked out getting an oceanfront condo just a few months before our stay. The downstairs of the unit opens up to the pool and boardwalk to the beach, plus the other pool with the lazy river is just a short walk. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room, which was great. The unit itself was a tad run-down (less important) and not as clean as I would have hoped for (more important), but at least we weren't worried while we were there.
