Nice hotel to stay at! Friendly and helpful staff!

Nice clean property and room to stay. Hotel is tucked in the back of an area, but very close to a Cracker Barrel, gas station, and the Interstate! Friendly and helpful staff! Small breakfast buffet was good! We really liked the option for regular and red velvet waffles! Food was always in stock!

Contacted the hotel and spoke with the manager because I needed to cancel my reservation. The manager cancelled it, the only thing I did not get that I requested was an email with the cancellation. Other than that he was friendly and nice on the phone.

I cannot in good conscious give this property a better rating and lead other travelers here without telling the one BIG con. The a/c in the rooms in south Florida only will allow you to set to 69 degrees AND it has a motion sensor. So if you are out of the room on a hot day, your room will be at 73 degree set point by the hotel when you get back. At night, your room will also get warm unless someone gets up and moves around. Other than that.... the hotel is nice with friendly staff and comfortable pillows. The bwds are average.

It's all said in your choses offered above. Nothing different to add except still the same complaint I mentioned in my last year stay. The pillows is horrible.

Endroit tranquille réceptions sympathies déjeuner continentale comme partout ailleurs. Le seul bémols est la propreté des chambres. Apres 3 jours ont a été oubliger de les informer quil manquais plusieurs choses dans la chambre. Femme de chambre extrêmement brusque au point ou jai décidé de demander a la réceptions au lieux. Sac de poubelles qui saccumulait dans la chambre. Et plusieurs problèmes d'allergies. Soit moisissures ou poil d'animaux ou bien poussières. Pour une nuit ou 2 sa peut dépanner mais pour un séjours de plusieurs journées je ne le recommande pas

We had a really good experience. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable so we were able to get a good night's sleep. Would definitely stay again.
