Newly renovated suite, a rural gem near the beach and next to the KVR

Welcome to the Sunglo Peach Suite, a charming basement rental located in the West Bench area of Penticton. Please note that there is a half flight of stairs at the entrance, so it may not be suitable for disabled patrons.

This rural gem offers a mix of relaxation and outdoor activities, with easy access to beaches, wineries, and cycling trails. Situated on the western slopes of Penticton, the West Bench area offers panoramic views of Okanagan Lake and the city.

Despite its bucolic setting, the suite is only a short walk from Penticton's Okanagan Lake beach, the Okanagan Events Centre, and the downtown area. The Kettle Valley Rail Trail runs alongside the property, providing unparalleled access for walking, jogging, or cycling along the longest rail trail in B.C.

From the suite, you can easily cycle to Summerland wineries or explore the 30+ wineries located on the prestigious Naramata Bench. For adventurous wine lovers, the Black Sage Road and Golden Mile wine regions are also within an hour's drive.

If golf is more your idea of a good walk, the Penticton Golf and Country Club is conveniently located nearby. There are also WOW Golf Club and Pine Hills Golf Club, only a short distance (3km) away from the property. Ride your bikes on the KVR to both golf clubs.

The suite has recently been renovated and features a brand-new bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living areas. The bedroom offers a brand new king-size bed with a Stearns & Foster mattress, luxury bed linen, soft fluffy towels, two sumptuous dressing gowns, and a bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel to ensure a relaxing and carefree stay.

In the kitchen, you'll find a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a countertop induction stove, along with spices, coffee, tea, and sugar for your convenience.

There are clothes washing mashine and a dryer rack in the suite for you to use.

The living area offers additional sleeping arrangements with a comfortable sofa bed.

Please note that the bedroom and living area are located in the same (large) room, with a divider screen for privacy. The eating area and kitchen are located in a separate room.

A smart TV with Netflix and other apps is provided for your enjoyment, and a walk-in closet offers ample storage for your luggage and sports equipment.

The space is ideally suited for a couple or two people, but it can accommodate up to four if the other two don't mind sharing a sofa bed.

Outside, you'll have access to a dedicated patio with a table and four chairs, as well as a gas BBQ.
