You will have access to the pool, gym, bbq, movie theater, and common areas.

Your group will have sole access to the entire unit.

Grills, games, fire pits etc.. are first come first serve.

Pool Hours: 7:00 AM- 11:00 PM
Gym and Yoga Center: Open 24 hrs
Theater Room: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Clubhouse: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

*Amenity Closures/Non-functioning - Although this is rare, maintenance and sudden repairs happen. We are not always privy to their schedule. We do not own or control the complex amenities. *It is solely your responsibility to check the listing often or message with questions before check in. We will not refund in the event of repairs or maintenance on any of the complex amenities or anything outside of the unit itself that requires the closure of said amenities.

***** Due to too many lost/stolen fobs the complex is limiting replacements and charging us more. This is decreasing the security of the complex and its residents. Therefore, any lost or stolen fob not returned will incur $250 fee.

➢ IMPORTANT! Unless it is an emergency, please message us between those hours. We recommend checking in only between our allowed check in time. If you choose to check in after our standard check in hours (4:00 PM to 11:00 PM), you must get prior approval. Please also ensure you have your check in instructions and codes readily available, as we will not be available after 11pm. We will check on you periodically to ensure you have a great experience.

➢ This complex is 100% smoke free. No smoking of any sort anywhere in the home or the community.
➢ Please note that the pool is seasonally heated, and we have zero control of the temp or the time of year it is heated.
➢ We do not supply any glass cups in our units, and this includes wine glasses. We have plastic available for your use.
➢ Please do not lower the thermostat to lower than 70 as it may freeze the system and stop working.
➢ We do not provide any streaming services or local channels, so you must log into your own.
➢ As a requirement of the complex, please indicate the purpose of your stay, the full name of other guests, along with your car information and plate number. These are requirements prior to providing the check-in instructions.
➢ This is a large complex, and there may be a bit of walking from the unit to the parking and the amenities.
➢ We do not control building layout or parking location.
*unauthorized pets, parties or smoking - $500 fine.
*unauthorized guests - $50 per person per day.
