At no additional fee. orange tree and a comfortable space to sit and visit. No two stories close by...which makes for a very private backyard. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable in the master and main living room, WiFi, Netflix in every room with 4 separate accounts. and 50 inch TV's in every room. Security system. Minutes from Lone Tree Golf Course,. New Gila River Resort and Casino 3 minutes(1.2 miles) 9.0 miles to Gilbert Temple and minutes away from many hiking trails.

Place to celebrate loss of a family member

My brother in law passed away and I had several out of state siblings coming in and myself too far to drive back and forth. We wanted to be near my sister's place. This would have been walking distance if we could have walked through the golf course. lolI needed to find a place to accommodate at least half of us. This house was perfect. Lorena was very easy to work with and super nice. The house is lovely. Everyone was very happy. The heated pool was a 5 star by itself! The beds were extremely comfortable. Even though it was a sad occasion just being able to all stay together helped us to reminisce with funny stories. The neighborhood is quite and easy to find. I would highly recommend this location if you are needing a place to stay in South Chandler.

Family getaway

This property was fabulous for our family getaway. The amenities of the pool, foosball and pool table filled all our spare time! The house was set up well with two wings of bedrooms and center kitchen and living area. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect house

We stay in a lot of rentals for our family vacations and this was one of the top. We were in town for youth spring training (baseball) and found the house to be perfect for what we needed. The most well stocked house we’ve ever had, from towels, to dishes, to condiments and spices and soaps. Communication was great and overall everything went seamlessly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend stay!

Had a very nice vacation here! The neighborhood is extremely quiet and well kept. The pool is by far the highlight. We enjoyed that it was very warm and clean with a nice sitting area. The orange tree was also fun to see! The pool table was also very fun to use and close to the living room and kitchen making it easy to hangout. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable and the master bedroom/bathroom is beautiful and very large. Lorena was very nice and accommodating! Overall it is a very nice home and nice place to stay! Definitely recommended!

Great home for a holiday, family gathering!

We had two young kids with us, so the lovely, very warm pool was a definite must, and they loved it. We made daily trips to the playground, which was a nice walk. The open, central location of the living and kitchen spaces made gathering seven of us really nice. The holiday decor made it really special. All of the bedrooms and the two bathrooms were very nice and everything in the home was very clean and ready for our stay. We were even greeted with special treats. We can highly recommend staying here!

Great Pool and House

This house is set up for the perfect vacation rental. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The waterfall in the pool is great focal point for meals in the house. The game room is a great addition. The lay out of the house makes it easy to get around for all ages. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes for meals. There are several grocery stores within a few minutes drive.
