Nice single story home in Chandler neighborhood. 4 bedrooms 2 bath. Game room with pool table and Foos ball. Relaxing backyard with heated pool(90+), November 1- May 1st. At no additional fee. orange tree and a comfortable space to sit and visit. No two stories close by...which makes for a very private backyard. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable in the master and main living room, WiFi, Netflix in every room with 4 separate accounts. and 50 inch TV's in every room. Security system. Minutes from Lone Tree Golf Course,. New Gila River Resort and Casino 3 minutes(1.2 miles) 9.0 miles to Gilbert Temple and minutes away from many hiking trails.

Great location with everything you come to Arizona for within a half hours drive. Golf, Breweries and great downtown atmosphere. Casino 10 minutes south and lots of sunshine.

We had a wonderful stay in Phoenix! Our host, Lorena, was very responsive to all our questions and needs. She’s best I’ve experienced with any VRBO host!
Our favorite part was the heated pool! We used it almost everyday of our stay.

Pool was great and well heated, so we could actually use it. Have stayed at others where that wasn't the case and ended up being a waste. Great host with prompt communication and loved the Crumble cookies left for us and basket with toiletries one may forget. Would definitely stay here again.

We have rented this house before and loved being here again. It was a treat to swim in the heated pool. The house is clean, well maintained, and close to grocery stores. We'll be renting it again when visiting relatives in Phoenix.

Amazing property, even nicer than photos convey! Super well stocked, everything we needed and more! My young kids loved the books and games and of course spent hours each day in the WARM pool! Would absolutely recommend this property!

Family getaway

This property was fabulous for our family getaway. The amenities of the pool, foosball and pool table filled all our spare time! The house was set up well with two wings of bedrooms and center kitchen and living area. I highly recommend this property!
