Welcome to this brilliant, private condo in Scottsdale. This lovely property features 2 cozy bedrooms - a master with a queen bed and full bath on the first floor. The second bedroom is on the second floor with twin beds and full bathroom (with shower and tub). A 3rd half-bathroom is on the first floor. Bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials. Additionally, there's an office space (loft) on the second floor with a comfy queen bed for extra convenience. There is a large walled-in back yard that is private. In the clubhouse, there are pickleball and tennis courts, a large workout room and a large, heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Across from the front door of the condo, there is a smaller pool and hot tub. Whether you're looking to relax in backyard, fitness room or explore the city, this fabulous condo is the perfect retreat for your getaway.
