I was disappointed with my stay. Despite checking in at 5 PM, two hours after regular check-in time, the room was still dusty and not properly cleaned. The microwave in the room didn’t work, which was inconvenient. I also communicated that I would be checking out early, and we agreed on where I would leave the key, which I did. However, I was later questioned about it and told I needed to leave a 5-star review in order to receive my deposit, which I found very unprofessional. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations.

The lady who assisted our check-in (the owner I presume) went above and beyond helpful when the tap to pay machine was malfunctioning. She tried for 20 solid minutes, was understanding about us not having cash

Our stay was horrible the staff there were incredibly rude... We didn't check in until 10 pm that night.Then the room we were given was filthy to say the least. The refrigerator was full of roaches. The shower curtain was torn. It was uncomfortable and I'll never stay there again. That's for sure...

They don’t even have fitted sheets and they were nasty the owner was very rude I went to Walmart and bought a blanket set on my own as I was leaving the police surrounded the place a homeless guy broke into a room they charge extra for a room close to the pool and it’s no water in the pool I even bought bedbug spray this was the worst motel I ever seen in my life please never go here not once did they clean the room or give me fresh towels and refused to give them to me when I asked I was told that they don’t clean the rooms until after you leave the shower was nasty as well this place needs to be shut down if you’re homeless it would be great
