Hello, and thank you for considering our property! This 2BR, 2BA condo is on the ground floor; with an assigned covered parking slot. It is located in a beautifully landscaped, gated complex; near Arizona's finest shopping, dining, and recreational area. You are moments away from golf courses, biking highways(Scottsdale's AZ's 20 mile Greenbelt), parks, fishing ponds, Fashion Square(2.4 miles, just to give you an idea), Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Resort & Casino(Top Golf), Barret Jackson Auto Auction & Arabian Horse Show and even the 101 Highway. Whether you are visiting for Spring Training(San Francisco Giants), Sloan Park(Home of the Chicago Cubs), escaping the winter, or anything in between--you will not be let down!



Guest Access:
Guests will be able to enjoy the entire space of the condo, along with its wonderful amenities that the community has to offer. Amenities include Fitness Center, Pools(one is saltwater heated, the other isn’t, Hot Tub, Clubhouse(computers, and printer is available here in case you don't bring your laptop).

The master bedroom has a private bath/ shower combo; and a walk-in closet. We've installed a 40'' Smart TV in the room. As for mattress; there's a dangerously comfortable king size bed.

The guest room has a Cali King size bed and an attached restroom. This room also has a roomy walk-in closet. Both rooms are very spacious with enough room to perform a backflip!
(Please Note: we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur if performing said backflip.) Ha~ha.

The living room, was furnished with an electric reclining couch, and a reclining chair; perfect for unwinding after an exhausting day of exploring the fascinating sunny Scottsdale. Furthermore, we have thoughtfully positioned a 48" Smart TV to accommodate your relaxation experience. The living room is also furnished with a desk for your convenience(great for digital nomads)!

Special Notes: This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer located in the kitchen. Please note:
Community pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Also, Weather, HOA pool upgrades, and other environmental factors may lead to pool closure. However, HOA is usually on top of things and it shouldn't take too long.

Utility Caps apply to summer guests. Should you exceed over $130 for electricity you will charged the exceeded amount.

January stay

The area where we stayed was near where we had stayed in the past. Because of the area and neighborhood we wanted to stay close by. Well, this stay worked out great for us. The owner, Eneyda, was very helpful in all aspects of renting from her. The condo was really nice and the location was perfect for what we want to do. Having two bedrooms was helpful especially with them located on each side of the venue. All in all our stay was really comfortable. I would recommend this condo to anyone interested in stay in the Scottsdale area.

Another perfect Scottsdale vacaion

Our third vacation with Eneyda as our Host. As always the condo was clean, organized and perfect for our requirements. We were able to focus our energy on Chapparral Park, walking paths, wonderful restaurants, and great shopping locations. Then at the end of the day, return to a safe,warm, comfortable home! Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked. For us as bicyclists, it was a great location. Eneyda was very responsive to our inquires. Would have stayed there again, but it was already booked for 2023 before we even got there.

Best Location, Clean, Modern, Well Equpped

The condo was so convenient to everything including groceries and restaurants, it was nicely furnished, comfortable beds, nice baths, well equipped kitchen, carport and gated community. Owner was easy to work with and never bothered us. Neighborhood was quiet.

Cleanest Rental Ever

With a crisp clean atmosphere, this exceptionally comfortable, perfectly furnished rental has many items that seem brand new: rugs, comforters, lamps, patio bistro set and kitchen items, of which there is an abundance. The pantry is generously stocked with spices and unopened food items for your consumption. The host has a superb sense of what renters might appreciate during their stay. These considerate touches include books, DVDs, nightlights, a small desk- perfect for a personal charging station and paperwork, entry hooks and shelf for bags, purses, maps, shoes etc, extra chargers for your electronics. There is also a printer. These thoughtful conveniences along with the host’s excellent communication and availability compel us to highly recommend it.

Beautiful, clean well furnished and well maintained condo in excellent location

This condo has a wonderful split layout and is beautifully furnished to be comfortable, functional and very attractive. It is well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The check-in process was very simple and our host, Eneyda, was available to us and responsive throughout our stay. The location is perfect for us in every way. There is great local dining, shopping and entertainment and the neighborhood is safe, well maintained and very attractive. The swimming pool is well heated and kept clean and safe. We were able to use the pool every day throughout the month of January. The king size beds and the automatic reclining seats in the sofa were very comfortable We have visited the Scottsdale/Phoenix area every winter for many years, and this is our overall favorite condo. We would definitely return here for future stays.
