East Mesa - Newer Condo Rental

This is a new condo with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms with a two car garage. Master bedroom has a king bed with a master full bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and full bed with a shared full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer upstairs in the laundry room. Downstairs features a living room area with a kitchen table as well as bar seating for 3. Outside is another great eating space with a BBQ.

Perfect 3 bedroom in Mesa

This property is in a safe Mesa neighborhood. It is very clean. The space was very adequate for the 4 adults staying. Beds were all good with nice (not cheap feeling) sheets. Entire condo in good shape. Quiet.Appreciated the garage with garage door opener. Made for easy in and out of the property. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay! The condo is very spacious and well stocked. Hosts provided everything you could think of: shower soap, shampoo & conditioner, Ziploc storage bags, and (because it isn’t always the case), plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, etc. There was even a cooler we were able to use when we took a day trip. Huge master bedroom and closet, and the two additional bedrooms were also large. Laundry accommodations were appreciated as we were there for several days. Neighbors on both sides and across the way but we never heard them. Condo is in a good location and the neighborhood is quieter than you think it would be. Several golf courses within a reasonable distance and very close to shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious. I loves the ceramic cookware. Felt safe with my little ones. Would definitely stay there again. Only thing that confused me is why I was told to strip the beds and put the towels in the laundry room when I pay cleaning fee.

Snowbirds

We stayed at this East Mesa property for four weeks from mid-February to Mid-March. It was a welcome change from the cold Midwest. Everything went well. The property is very clean and the pictures on the website provide an accurate overview of the property. It was fairly quiet throughout the stay; we rarely heard noise from any of the other units. The property is very close to the 202, which was great for getting around the city. The negatives (I really hesitate to even use the word negatives because we knew about these things before we stayed) but all bedrooms and the laundry are on the upper level of the condo, so we found ourselves running up & down the stairs quite a bit; and the neighborhood pool is not heated, so the water was too cold for swimming in February-March. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Loved this place!

My Mother and I stayed at this rental for a little over a week and really enjoyed it. The manager had excellent communication and kept the place fully stocked with necessities so we were very happy there. That said, there were a few things that need attention or repair but overall it was very nice and we would stay there again. We had some trouble getting the ceiling fan light to work in the living room which made it rather dark at night, the barn door in the bedroom upstairs is off track and can’t be closed to the bathroom causing drafts and lack of privacy while in the shower and the downstairs smart TV would not stream anything during our stay but did work getting the local cable channels.
