This home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the new Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.

Casa Kierland is a fully furnished 2-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, workstation with printer and attached full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed (w/ SMART TV only), 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 4th bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds to sleep 8 comfortably. We can also supply an additional Queen double-high air mattress and a Pack n’ Play upon request for your convenience, which can sleep an additional 2 or 3. A 2nd full bath is located upstairs, and another half bath on the 1st floor.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include a family room with large flat screen TV open to the fully stocked kitchen. A separate living room offers plenty of seating and additional flat screen television and DVD player to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails, which opens to the formal dining that can seat 10 comfortably. The glass sliding doors open to the large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the stainless steel BBQ and built-in wet bar with full size fridge. A flat screen TV hangs above the wet bar to round out the outdoor experience. Turn on the misting system and the 3 ceiling fans which cools the patio a good 10 degrees or so. The desert in the winter cools off in the evening, so use the outdoor patio heater to still enjoy the desert sky. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! The patio opens to a large grassy area for play. The private pool is entered through a child-safe view fence. This deep diving/lap pool can be enjoyed by all.*** An attached spa is perfect for those chilly desert evenings.*** You will also find plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to sun-bathe, along with an outdoor dining table. Extras such as board games and books will keep you entertained for days.

***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

A private garage can park 2 cars, along with a 3 car driveway and RV gate if you are traveling with an RV. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa Kierland has to offer!

***1 dog allowed with Latitude 8 approval. No cats. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

The house was good. We just thought there was a first floor master because we had an elderly couple with us that couldn’t climb the stairs dry well. Other than that the pool was great. The hot tub was great and recommended for families with small children.

Comfortable Home, SMALL SPA

Overall, our stay was lovely. The property manager met us on site and pointed out a few helpful things. They were also responsive when we reached out to them. Nothing major to report EXCEPT - the SPA is very small. Hard to tell on photos. Two adults who like each other, max. Anymore than that and it's awkward. For that reason, we likely wouldn't stay their again but, I'm sure it works just fine for most.

We miss it already!

We had a brilliant time at this wonderful desert oasis. If you're into relaxing, not worry about anything, and purely enjoying yourself, this is the place for you. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Its location is excellent with easy accessibility to shops, restaurants and attractions. Our property contact Justin was fab! He met us at the house to show us how everything worked and was always available and responsive, thanks Justin. We would stay here again in a heartbeat...no question, a beautiful holiday!

Simple, quiet, nice

Very simple property that suited us well. Tucked back in a nice neighborhood, so it was very quiet. A convenient distance from all the to dos in Kierland and North Scottsdale. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen is small but adequate. We did not use the patio or pool but the backyard looked like a nice area to relax and entertain. Would stay again.

Great Location And On A Large Corner Lot

This home was perfect for our use. Our son was getting married in Upper Scottsdale that weekend and very easy access to stores and the country club for wedding. Check in was easy and a very nice and quiet neighborhood!

We enjoyed the pool, plenty of toys to enjoy some minor repairs were needed in the house, property rep is aware, so hopefully they will be fixed before the next guests arrive, my husband cleaned the back patio as it was so very dirty to walk on, the bedrooms need a good dusting, but we had a great family vacation, thankyou

Thanksgiving Week at Casa Kierland

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Kierland. The house has wonderful amenities and the backyard is amazing! It was perfect for two families to spend Thanksgiving together. The neighborhood is in a great location and is very close to the North Scottsdale Quarter. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful assisting us with the pool. We would definitely come stay here again!

Family Holiday!

We were searching for a place to spend quality family time and this home met our needs perfectly. The pool, patio and yard were the highlight of our trip. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. There is plenty of space to spread out and we loved being able to fit everyone around the table for dinner and breakfast. It’s not stated in the description but all 4 bedrooms are upstairs. We were hoping one would have been downstairs as we had my parents along who are 80 and 86, but we just took the stairs slowly. The 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds has no ceiling fan so was a bit warm for sleeping but we found a fan and that helped. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this house. Plenty of space inside (family room, bedrooms) and out (covered patio, pool) for our adult family of 7. Quiet location near plenty of stores and restaurants. Only recommendation would be better instructions for using the TV in the family room among the 4 remotes.

The pool was great, Some disrepair and the hot tub needs lots of work. The directions to work everything is covered by bushes and very very hard to operate. The umbrellas are torn I need of new ones. House is great and we did enjoy our stay

Nice Scottsdale Home

Great property in a great location, convenient to everything we wanted to do! The house was clean and has plenty of room, we didn’t use the inside space very much as the covered patio was so comfortable. In addition to the patio, the yard/pool was the best for us! I traveled with my adult children and 2 grandchildren- we had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay! Aside from some issues with the pool, the outlets in the upstairs bath (older house, a breaker was tripped-easy fix) and a rather noncommunicative property manager- everything was great. The pool/spa can be heated, we didn’t need to turn on the propane heater, the pool temperature was perfect, and we decided against heating the spa. There is a storage room that houses pool floats and some children’s toys/table- we added to the supply! An electric pump would be a good addition. The outdoor area really is very lovely and the majority of the time we were at the home, we could be found out back! My family and I would give a positive recommendation to stay here!

Pools nice and that's about it.

Don't get me wrong your renting this place for the pool and hot tub which are nice. What they don't tell you in the listing is that both cant be heated at the same time. you have to get out and switch all these knobs behind the house to heat hot tub and then back to heat the pool, but the hot tub cools down in about 15 min when not heated so back behind the house again to switch it back. Upon arrival we didn't have any hot water in the house I called the property manager who came out to look for him self and called an electrician for the next day. The electrician found a 20 amp breaker fried from tripping so many times because its running a 30 amp circuit for hot water heater. After seeing the shortcuts they took with the breakers I was scared the house might burn down. I literally walked around to make sure there was smoke detectors that night to sleep easier. After two days we got hot water back on. and at the end of our trip I wrote an email to the property manger asking if it would be fair that we call it even for the propane used to heat the pool for our trip to make up for our two days without hot water, and I got crickets back for an answer. a week later the bill for the propane used showed up.
