This home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the new Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.

Casa Kierland is a fully furnished 2-story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, workstation with printer and attached full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed (w/ SMART TV only), 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed and the 4th bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds to sleep 8 comfortably. We can also supply an additional Queen double-high air mattress and a Pack n’ Play upon request for your convenience, which can sleep an additional 2 or 3. A 2nd full bath is located upstairs, and another half bath on the 1st floor.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include a family room with large flat screen TV open to the fully stocked kitchen. A separate living room offers plenty of seating and additional flat screen television and DVD player to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails, which opens to the formal dining that can seat 10 comfortably. The glass sliding doors open to the large outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating to relax. Enjoy the stainless steel BBQ and built-in wet bar with full size fridge. A flat screen TV hangs above the wet bar to round out the outdoor experience. Turn on the misting system and the 3 ceiling fans which cools the patio a good 10 degrees or so. The desert in the winter cools off in the evening, so use the outdoor patio heater to still enjoy the desert sky. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! The patio opens to a large grassy area for play. The private pool is entered through a child-safe view fence. This deep diving/lap pool can be enjoyed by all.*** An attached spa is perfect for those chilly desert evenings.*** You will also find plenty of comfortable lounge chairs to sun-bathe, along with an outdoor dining table. Extras such as board games and books will keep you entertained for days.

***Additional fee to heat the pool and/or spa. It heats off of a propane heater, so you will be responsible for the propane used. Guests will be liable for the exact invoice of re-fill for propane used for heating the pool and/or spa. Cost depends on the time of year and how warm you heat it.

A private garage can park 2 cars, along with a 3 car driveway and RV gate if you are traveling with an RV. Washer and dryer included. All linens, towels, paper products are included, along with a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your feast. Simply get a few groceries and enjoy all that Casa Kierland has to offer!

***1 dog allowed with Latitude 8 approval. No cats. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

Great Location And On A Large Corner Lot

This home was perfect for our use. Our son was getting married in Upper Scottsdale that weekend and very easy access to stores and the country club for wedding. Check in was easy and a very nice and quiet neighborhood!

The perfect spring break get-away

We loved everything...especially the pool, yard, patio area. It was perfect for mom, dad, 3 young kiddos and grandparents to spend some quality time together. The neighborhood is very quiet so if you want a place to party, you probably you look elsewhere.

We enjoyed the pool, plenty of toys to enjoy some minor repairs were needed in the house, property rep is aware, so hopefully they will be fixed before the next guests arrive, my husband cleaned the back patio as it was so very dirty to walk on, the bedrooms need a good dusting, but we had a great family vacation, thankyou

The house was good. We just thought there was a first floor master because we had an elderly couple with us that couldn’t climb the stairs dry well. Other than that the pool was great. The hot tub was great and recommended for families with small children.

Simple, quiet, nice

Very simple property that suited us well. Tucked back in a nice neighborhood, so it was very quiet. A convenient distance from all the to dos in Kierland and North Scottsdale. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were nice. Kitchen is small but adequate. We did not use the patio or pool but the backyard looked like a nice area to relax and entertain. Would stay again.

We miss it already!

We had a brilliant time at this wonderful desert oasis. If you're into relaxing, not worry about anything, and purely enjoying yourself, this is the place for you. The house was well stocked and comfortable. Its location is excellent with easy accessibility to shops, restaurants and attractions. Our property contact Justin was fab! He met us at the house to show us how everything worked and was always available and responsive, thanks Justin. We would stay here again in a heartbeat...no question, a beautiful holiday!

Comfortable Home, SMALL SPA

Overall, our stay was lovely. The property manager met us on site and pointed out a few helpful things. They were also responsive when we reached out to them. Nothing major to report EXCEPT - the SPA is very small. Hard to tell on photos. Two adults who like each other, max. Anymore than that and it's awkward. For that reason, we likely wouldn't stay their again but, I'm sure it works just fine for most.

Nice house in Scottsdale

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kirkland. Overall everything went great but we were a thrown off when we were asked to leave on day 3 due to noise without warning. Pretty upsetting after paying so much money to stay there. I was able to get the landlord to give us another chance. Just make sure if you stay here you stay quiet outside after 10 or else you will be kicked out. We were also a little thrown off as the landlord on our second day just appeared in the backyard without any warning. I’m pretty sure you need to give the tenants some sort of warning before just showing up in the backyard. What if we had been tanning in the nude. Anyways other than that it was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is well situated in the Scottsdale area but it appears that the unit itself has not been kept up well. The hot tube jets did not work and, while I realize things break - we were told it would be fixed on Tues. It took until Thursday. Also, we did get the outside space heater to work once -- but if there's any wind, it's near impossible to get working. I'm not looking to be too harsh but in general the place is somewhat run down having some lights not working and some 110 outlets very loose.It's also very strange having several faucets work backwards from what most would consider normal.It also somewhat dirty so I assume the cleaners could do a better job.The best review I can give it is Justin. He was clear, concise and always available. Good man!

Family fun

Our 3 generation family really enjoyed the yard games, outdoor furniture and pool. We cooked a lot of meals at home over Christmas week and found most kitchen items we needed for baking and meals.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Kierland. The house has wonderful amenities and the backyard is amazing! It was perfect for two families to spend Thanksgiving together. The neighborhood is in a great location and is very close to the North Scottsdale Quarter. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful assisting us with the pool. We would definitely come stay here again!

Great Location - Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Casa Kierland was very nice. We had a party of 8 in the house and we had plenty of space to spread out and the outdoor area was more than sufficient. The pictures online differed slightly from the actual views we saw once we arrived. Justin from Latitude 8 was awesome and attentive to all of our needs. Kitchen area needs some updating as far as cabinets and amenities. The pool area was awesome but the pool was dirty when we arrived but Justin handled that quickly - suggest having the pool cleaned and prepared the morning of the new rentals arrivals.

Family Holiday!

We were searching for a place to spend quality family time and this home met our needs perfectly. The pool, patio and yard were the highlight of our trip. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for preparing meals. There is plenty of space to spread out and we loved being able to fit everyone around the table for dinner and breakfast. It’s not stated in the description but all 4 bedrooms are upstairs. We were hoping one would have been downstairs as we had my parents along who are 80 and 86, but we just took the stairs slowly. The 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds has no ceiling fan so was a bit warm for sleeping but we found a fan and that helped. We would definitely stay here again.
