We had a wonderful week stay at this home! We mostly appreciated the quiet location, nearby park with pickleball, well stocked items from the kitchen to family games, backyard pool and patio, cleanliness and spacious layout. The host Nikki was the nicest and most responsive host we have had through VRBO (we have stayed at 10 properties). We would not hesitate to stay here again if given the opportunity!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, roomy, and had a great set up. We really enjoyed the pool and the covered patio area with comfortable outdoor furniture. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is very close to a terrific playground. Restaurants and shopping were very close and took only minutes by car to get to. Communication with the homeowner was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is very comfortable. It felt like home. Kitchen was great. Everything in the kitchen was good quality. Our grandchildren had a great time in the pool. The basketball hoop in the pool was used a lot! The owners were great. If we needed something, I just messaged them and they were on top of everything. We definitely would use this home again and recommend it to everyone.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The house was very clean, comfortable and was well equipped with anything we needed. They have a pool table, a closet full of games/books and a very nice pool and grill area out back. The host was exceptional and easy to get in contact with. Great spot while in town for daughter’s softball tournament. The games were just down the street at Monterey Park / Brady fields, so very convenient. Nice master set up for the grandparents and the pool table, patio, and pool were nice amenities. Hosts were good communicators and check in/out was super easy.

Hosts were responsive, house was immaculately kept, and the pool was fresh and clean! The most impressive part, the steps for making yourself comfortable and the steps to do prior to leaving were a few sentences. This makes a huge difference, I have stayed in many rental properties and the majority have at least 2-3 pages of to-dos and do NOTs, it was refreshing to not take 15 minutes to figure out what I need to do when I'm just trying to have a relaxing time. 10 out of 10 would recommend

From start to finish everything was great! Thanks for a great holiday! Property was absolutely spotless. Nice house, too firm of beds

The location was great for our needs and the room situation worked for us. The property was clean well stocked. The only downside, was that the mattresses were all very firm, which meant not great sleep for most of us. We were there with some athletes for a competition and sleep is very important, so that was an issue. Otherwise the we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and myself rented Nikki‘s place because we had a kickball tournament that weekend and her place was very close to the field. Nikki was very, very informative, accommodating, she had great communication. She allowed us to check in early @1pm and a few of us had later flights on Monday n she accommodated us with a leader check out. She checked on us through out the weekend periodically to see how things were going and if we needed anything
overall a great stay, if I’m ever back in AZ I’ll definitely book her place again ❀
