The refrigerator was not working and had a foul odor. We had to go out for each meal. I called the host company and they told me this was a previous problem, but they thought it was corrected. It was not working when we arrived, there was a previous renter who I’m sure reported the same issue, and it was never fixed over the 4 days of our stay. Very poor attention to servicing the apartment and it was even difficult to get responses in a timely manner.

Clean but, no staff and bad instructions for getting through gate and also in signing up with iID etc. was a pain in the neck. Took all afternoon and than wasn’t even sure we were accepted.

The sheets smelled of urine and needed to be washed, the bathroom door knob was broken, the sofa was stained, blinds were missing. This was a disaster. It was a random 3rd floor apartment in a complex where people live. The furnishings were the cheapest they could find and I’ve never slept on a more uncomfortable mattress in my life. The mattress had no protectors and had blood and various other stains. The entire experience was horrible
