High-End resort retreat. Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo in The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo. Brand new condo, brand new furnishings, ultimate comfort. Enter through a private entrance on the 3rd floor of this elevator building. Security building all the way. Parking is gated and underground with access right to your floor. Leave all your worries behind as we have thought of everything. Just you, your suitcase and your laptop and you can enjoy resort living. The kitchen is well equipped and boasts gorgeous quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, custom cabinets, a large pantry and, stainless appliances. In the open concept 1350 sq foot condo there is a separate dining table and a comfy living room. There is a 55" Smart TV and high-speed wifi. The split floor plan allows for privacy on either side of the condo/home. The Master Suite has a king sized bed with another Smart TV and a beautiful en-suite oversized bath. The bath has a popular walk-in shower, double sinks and, a walk-in closet. Bedroom two has a queen bed and walk-in closet, with an adjacent bath. There is also full-size laundry room in the condo for easy living. Super location and close to three major freeways, the 10, 202 and 101 giving you easy access to the entire valley.

The RESORT offers a beautiful heated pool area with cabanas, BBQ/ kitchens, and fire pits! The clubhouse is spectacular with a full indoor kitchen for entertaining as well as a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, shuffleboard, pool, steam rooms and more. It even has a business center for your convenience The entire property has smart technology, high-speed internet and 200 channel TV in every unit. The Cays is truly the choice for the discriminating guest! The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo is literally right across the street from great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and walking paths along the canals. It's a great spot for meeting friends or making new ones!

Just outside The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo you can admire the works of public art by local artists while you take a stroll through a century's worth of architectural hotspots.

Enjoyable Stay

The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo are lovely condos, with well-kept grounds and wonderful amenities. It’s so convenient to have several very nice restaurants within a very short walking distance. Our grandkids who visited loved the giant, warm swimming pool.

Stefanie, and Sarah her assistant, provided excellent service for me this spring in Chandler AZ. After a monthly rental, we had to extend because of medical emergencies. They were responsive and accommodating in managing our continually changing requests for extending our stay. I so appreciate Stefanie and her caring in our situation. Thank you.

Great location, uncomfortable furniture

We loved the resort; pool, hot tub, steam room, covered parking and proximity to restaurants, highways, pickleball courts and golf. However, the "fold out" couch, side chairs and bed were horribly uncomfortable, in fact, we left our 3" memory foam mattress for the next renters. The dining room table only seats 4 and the 3rd bed is the fold out couch so beware if you stay here very long. The manager of Arizona Elite was kind and available.

We stayed here for a little over 3 months and our experience was great. The only downfall was the construction of a new building right outside of our unit but didn't affect our stay too much besides a little construction noise and road closure. The unit itself was clean, nice furniture, and everything worked fine. If there was ever an issue, we got a response and resolution quickly. The Cays complex was great. It was always clean and the facilities were amazing (pool, gym, clubhouse, etc.). We loved having the walking path and the great restaurants right across the parking lot. We would stay here again.
