I love how housekeeping kept our room clean, even when we would leave our room after 11:00 am. Housekeeping never came and knocked our door. That was amazing! I loved it! I never called needing something, because housekeeping did an amazing job.

We were over charged at check in upon asking for a king bed and not informed of the price increase. I realize I did pay at hotel, however charging someone an extra $100 at check in when already on a tight budget isn't ok

Great hotel in downtown phoenix

The staff were friendly and more than accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The only negative was no self parking and $50 a day for valet.
