No parking available. This was the worst hotel stay Ive ever had. I had to leave a day early on Christmas eve because ofntheir parking situation after i was assured it would be okay and I paid for their parking.

We apologize if our parking facility caused you some inconvenience. We do our very best to communicate regarding our valet-parking-only service ahead of time so that it is not a surprise for our guests. It is outlined on our website and highlighted in our pre-arrival communications. Unfortunately, due to our location in downtown, providing self or complimentary parking is not an option directly with the hotel. We do, however, constantly work to ensure that our valet parking service is priced in line with the other hotels in our downtown market and that we deliver the highest level of service during the parking experience. Also, several other parking options are available in the downtown area for our guests to decide which works best for them, and we are happy to work them out for you if you contact us at the front desk. A short walk to the convention center and to light rail, the hotel was clean, quiet and served a good breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly.
