Daughters 21st Birthday

The house was perfectly located for what we had planned to do. The house was nice and clean with plenty of space. We enjoyed the outside place and the game room area every day. Neighborhood was nice for morning walks. Would stay there again.

I met up with 4 of my cousins from 3 different states.. we had a fabulous time at this home! We had a few minor things when we got there but TJ handled them quickly! The pool was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable too! Location was perfect
. So close to Old Town and also to the airport! We would stay here again!

Great house, good location, would come back

This house was great for our group of girls. It was fully stocked with some thoughtful extras. The pool was wonderful and the lounge chairs and floats were lovely to have. All the music connections made for easy listening to fun music. Shower was nice and strong. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again. One thing we didn’t realize was the casita was a pull out bed, but my friend that stayed there said it was comfy too!

Don’t believe the pictures or the reviews

We have a small quiet party consisting of my 85 year old mom, my 40 year old daughter and 18 month old granddaughter and me. The house is clearly a big party house even though it’s quite small. All the hide a beds are there to house parties; not families. The pool area was bleak but the pool was clean. The manager, TJ, responded quickly to every issue and there were more than a few. The pool heater failed, the ac failed, there were no umbrellas or shade out back. The water to the bathroom sinks was a drizzle: Due to a problem with another property, we didn’t receive our welcome email with access to the property. The property is not lovely. I know to be suspicious of night pictures; now. If you are a bachelor party; I’m sure you’ll be pleased. If you are a family looking for a highly rated house. Don’t come here. The property is NOT new renovated but peeling and worn. They need to update their listing. The manager, however, is very responsive.

Fantastic location and house

Home was close to lots of restaurants and things to do, quick trip from airport. Had a couple cooler weather days but kids still enjoyed the pool. Well stocked with anything you would need. Communication was great on check in, had no other communication but that was because we never had issues or needed anything. First time for all of us in AZ and we had a blast.

Great House!

We spent a lot of time at the house, especially in the garage area. The pool is nice and heated, but it was still a little too cold to get in due to weather. It's located very close to old town, so that was nice as well. Overall, great place to stay.

Exactly what we wanted!!

We visited to celebrate a 40th birthday. We wanted to be close to Old Scottsdale, golf, shopping and hiking. And we did it all. We loved our downtime around the pool and in the game room too. And the sleeping arrangements were very nice as well!! Would definitely repeat our fun President’s Day weekend again!!

Not clean college frat house

The house smelled like a dirty frat house. Period. nasty coats of paint on crooked walls. Cologne smelling bedding and nasty unwashed pillow cases. Dirty floors.

Accommodating!

As the title states, this house was very accommodating. My 7 friends and I stayed here and all had a place to sleep comfortably. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc as well. The night life in the area is great, but just hanging out at the house was better. Lots of games and activities right at the house. The property manager was very quick with responses whenever I had questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Beautiful, comfortable and super fun home!

This is an awesome, updated, clean home with comfortable furnishings. I wanted to bring the bed and pillows home with me! The pool table, foosball, darts, corn hole and pool made this such a fun house that offered so much more than similar properties. It was a great location- convenient to everything. TJ is another huge perk to this house
 we had booked a different property through someone else that was not as advertised and we wanted to move to a new property that day. I reached out to 3 property managers and he was the only one who was willing to accommodate a same day check-in and was flexible on our departure time. Throughout our stay, he was very responsive and super helpful. We had a couple minor issues that he addressed right away.
