Service is non-existent because there is no lobby staff. Not sure whom to call if you had any issues! Rooms are nice, a/c unit is very noisy and there was a weird flashing light that woke me up at night. Roku TV is great and the on-site restaurant is good.

Do not stay here…
Cool name with cheap business etiquette. Very disappointing, after hours no staff is available. Check in is remote and if you can’t get it…. Plan to sleep in the car or elsewhere. Trust me their “t sm” will not think twice about your room or rest. They led us on for over an hour that their “team” was on the way to help us in…. I think that’s term for “request a refund” and try to find another room in Scottsdale for the night. AND there are other rooms- stay elsewhere:) The hotel exterior and grounds are not upkept- might have been a blessing we didn’t get in!

We were there during low season in mid January. We didn't like the self check-in, but the cleaning staffs were nice. Not much to do around the neighborhood but that’s probably why we had such a good quiet night. All rooms faced swimming pool and a lounge.
