We welcome you to our beautiful, single-story home that boasts 3346sqft of living space! Here you will have the peacefulness of being in a quiet and friendly neighborhood just minutes from the Verde River Rec Site, several riding and hiking trails nearby, Needle Rock Rec Site, Tonto National Forest and more! Not only will you be able to enjoy nature while visiting with us, but we are also between 10-20 minutes to Troon, Whisper Rock, The Boulders and roughly 25 minutes to Carefree and Cave Creek! North Scottsdale also offers a wide variety of shopping at Kierland Commons, Desert Ridge Marketplace and more!
With amazing views of Four Peaks in our backyard, our home is the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature once again! The Trilogy Community at Verde River is less than 10 minutes of a drive and features one of our favorite restaurants, Needle Rock Kitchen and Tap, and is a must to check out! Bring your side by side or ATVs to enjoy on the nearby trails in Tonto National Forest and/or enjoy a great hike at Tom's Thumb Trailhead, Pinnacle Peak Park Main Trail, Granite Mountain Trailhead and more! If you don't have your own desert toys, not to worry as our certified concierge is here to help you book your ATV tours, horseback riding tours, schedule your golf trips, grocery delivery services and so much more!
From the fully stocked kitchen featuring a 10' island, perfect for prep and cooking, to the open concept living space and spacious bedrooms, the whole family will be able to relax comfortably. As you walk in from the main entrance front door you will be greeted by sleek foyer leading into the heart of the home - open concept living area. The bedrooms are tucked down the hallways which is great for parents with napping children. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds and linens. Enjoy the pool table located in our twin trundle bedroom where you will also find some younger aged kid's toys!!
Enjoy the AZ experience outdoors in the well-groomed backyard featuring large, heated pool and built-in spa (Be sure to note our fees with heating options below)! -Pool heat is an additional $100/night for the duration of your stay. Spa heat is an additional $50/night for the duration of your stay. We will request a schedule to set the spa to for your visit. Heating either the pool or spa, they must be heated the entire stay. We request at least a 3-day notice to heat the pool or spa prior to arrival. **Pool heat is only offered October through May**

• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. • Dogs welcome upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.

• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomes approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomes.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24-48 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
