A room smells like smoke even though it was a non-smoke room The bathroom smelled disgustingly like mold. They said there was complementary breakfast there was none. The overall stay was just okay but the room and everything else was just terrible. I will never be staying there again

I just was released from the hospital and needed somewhere to recoup. So i booked a room here. The 1st room i was given I requested to change room because the beding had alot burn holes. The attendant gave me another room #317 the room had Not been cleaned. The mirrors, floor, microwave, refrigerator where All dirty. Looks like all the did is the bed. Im hoping to God i got clean sheets. I just was released from the hospital and i did not have it in me to ask for another room or find another hotel.

office staff complained about guests requesting towels, toilet paper, cups etc at the front desk as i made my coffee. They had this conversation knowing that I and another guest could over hear them. After I gave my children a bath I brought my wet towels to the front desk to request new towels I was told that I shouldn't need new towels as I had just checked in. I only had two. I checked into a King bed room that allowed 3 guests and I only had two towels. I shared one of the towels with my daughter and was hoping to be able to return the towels as they were wet. The worker at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. I walked away two pool towels and feeling as if I had burdened the staff. The older couple doing the laundry and cleaning were both very nice to me and were happy that I had cleaned my own room during my stay. two times cleaning service had come by and all i asked for was towels. this should now have been an issue and it set the tone for the entire stay. I also noticed the main staff personal in charge of cleaning would allow certain people to come by and grab stuff off the cart with no problem. They would laugh and carry on but when I had asked she gave me cold responses and acted as if I had bothered her. Please address the staff. I only had a 3 day stay and clearly others were staying for a much longer period of time.

This place is more like drug house and prostitutes all over the place so if you want to get high and catch a STD this place is for you i lasted 3 hours andjust left and found another place to stay waste of money
