I booked for a king size bed the bed then look like king size and the breakfast there was no breakfast at all just coffee juice and a snack bar and the water in her or shower was extremely hot

Was just a place to crash. Nothing to write home about. Cold ac tv worked fridge kept my drinks cold. Bedding looked slept in bath was a bit dirty. Kinda ran down. But was a smoking room that I requested that worked.

DIRTY, ROACH INFESTED WITH FALSE ADVERTISING

The service was unprofessional, the rooms had nasty a** roaches running, they lied about the breakfast, no coffee maker in room, no complimentary drinks in the rooms, the floor was dirty, the upstairs bathrooms tub leaked everytime they turned the water on, the tub is about to fall through, employers didnt do anything about it, the maids were rude, the place is just a joke and they have false advertisements to help get the customers to rent from them.

Rude no customers service overall . This is the worst customer service I've ever got in a hotel.. These ladies are not customer service oriented at all oh the ones that I've talked to.. You guys need to turn turn this around it's bad for business.. If you guys don't turn it around you're just going to continue having bad image.. I know we're in the bad area the hotel but there's no reason to have rude service..

Run down everything. They advertised free breakfast and all they offered was extremely watered down orange juice from concentrate and a few tiny Quaker granola bars. Please do better or don't offer at all!
