Good parking and well lit. Way to navigate. Was hard to see room numbers in the dark. Night receptionist was polite and efficient. Rooms older but high rate area so just wanted a good bed and they were acceptable. Could have been cleaner but were not bad just worn in need of deep clean. Heating, cooling unit was quite and worked well.

Needs to be up dated comforter on bed could be washed or replaced . Toilet was loose and wobbled. Had to go to office to get ice and no breakfast.

Both rooms offered to me smelled of cigarette smoke and some other cloying odor. Since there were no other options for my dog and me, the manager when contacted agreed to refund my money for my non-refundable rate. The front desk clerk locked me out of the lobby while she spoke to the manager and then she directed me to call Hotels.com from the parking lot to process the refund immediately. The whole experience was not pleasant, but I am grateful to the clerk for contacting the manager and for the manager approving the refund. Sorry, but the pictures online are not an accurate depiction of the hotel. The hotel is in need of renovations and repairs. One of the rooms I was offered had several tears in the carpeting. Both rooms were dingy and unappealing.

Staff upgraded us to a king size bed which was appreciated. The room was significantly less expensive than area chain hotels, $40 less than Best Western and a third the price of Marriott. That was the good...Not so good was the dank smell common to old remodeled motels. Bring Fabreeze or lysol.
