One of my favorite hotels to stay in when in Tempe. This hotel has the most beautiful smell as you walk through the doors. The rooms are clean, staff is accommodating, and the dining is superb.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed there for ASU Family weekend. It’s just a few blocks down from the football stadium and was an easy 0.8 mile walk to my student’s apartment. Just a block away from nightlife which was good for my older 20-something kids. Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful. Plan to stay again next year when we come to town! Forks Up!

I wish the reviews had mentioned how absolutely LOUD it is from some of the rooms. We could hear the loud noise from the street until well after midnight. Also, I don't think the thermostat worked well, as our room never really got very cold.
