A Premier North Scottsdale Estate Designed for Entertaining

This exquisite 6,000 square-foot home is tastefully decorated with gorgeous, high quality furniture in a clean, modern-transitional style. There are 5 bedrooms (with optional sleeping space in the theater and also in the game room) and other amenities include a home office, theater with 6 leather theater recliners, sport court with pickleball/basketball/tennis, children's playground, ping pong table, poker table, fitness equipment, bicycles, heated pool/spa with water feature, indoor bar, outdoor kitchen & much more. There are TVs with DirecTV in all bedrooms plus in the living room, game room, theater and two outdoor TVs on the patio.

Home Office + WiFi: There is a large desk with printer in the huge Master bedroom, with beautiful views of the backyard from the workspace. The home has the fastest available WiFi service to help you stay connected throughout your stay.

Sport Court: There is a private sports court with a tennis net, pickleball net and pickleball lines and two basketball hoops on either end, along with equipment (rackets and balls for all three sports) for your use.

Theater: There is a home theater with 6 plush leather reclining theater seats, blankets and bean bags. The theater has DirecTV satellite as well as Apple TV.

Game Room: The game room has two Crate N Barrel couches - one is a Queen sized memory foam sleeper sofa - a large HDTV with DirecTV, large coffee table and a poker table with speed cloth and cupholders at each seat. We also provide a variety of board games for all ages! Step outside to the ping pong table and "bags" (aka corn hole) game sets on the patio. The view from this room overlooks the gorgeous grassy back yard and swimming pool.

Playground: The children's playground is a Gorilla brand playground complete with slide, rock wall, traditional swings, tire swing, bridges and ladders.

Bicycles: There are 4 bicycles with helmets and a bike pump for you to explore the beautiful foothills by bike.

Fitness Equipment: The 4th stall of the garage has all NordicTrack brand equipment including a treadmill, stationary bike, multi-function weight machine and yoga mats for all guests to enjoy.

Baby Gear: We gladly provide a pack n' play portable crib upon request, so please let us know if you would like one during your stay!

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

All Adult Family Trip

Having been impacted by the hurricanes in Florida, we chose to go to Scottsdale for a Holiday trip. We found this property on VRBO. The outdoor activitiesand living space as well as the size of the property attracted us. We did activities around Scottsdale but some of our best days were hanging out around the property. Highly recommended for that area of Scottsdale especially if you like to golf.

Special Family Gathering Property

The expansive property, both inside & outside, with it's many amenities, provided our blended family an enjoyable weekend together. A spacious kitchen accommodated several cooks, for pleasurable dining experiences. The comfortable bedrooms & available extra bedding provided everyone their own personal sleeping spot. 2 dishwashers & separate full-sized refrigerator & freezer, made for easy clean-up and only one grocery trip the entire weekend, giving us more time to play & lounge in the comfortable backyard. With it's own TV's , bar, grill, spa, pool, & many games, everyone was able to engage in a favorite activity all day long. The TV's, bar, movie & poker rooms were a big hit for nighttime fun. CJ & Jamie are responsive managers; we didn't need to ask for anything during our stay, everything worked perfectly but I greatly appreciated the clear expectations & CJ checking for understanding so there were no misunderstandings on check-in/check-out. One safety highlight for awareness & reasonable expectations - the interior front room & master bedroom both have step-downs that blend with the flooring; hard to see & easy to trip over. For senior/infant walkers, these are an issue - any distracted person can easily misstep. That being said, the house is large enough that one could conceivably avoid the front room. For any family or group of friends desiring to gather together, this property is a very special location, providing luxury, cleanliness, comfort and fun!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood for walking/running. Relatively short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, hiking and Four Seasons cocktails on their terrace. House is perfect for large families. We had 3 families with a total of 4 young ones plus 6 adults. Swimming pool provides endless entertainment for young family members. Theatre room is an extra for entertainment. We only discovered the games tucked away in a cabinet for young ones near the end of our trip. Large kitchen is easy to cook in. BBQ outside with a pass through kitchen window. A perfect retreat from life!

Family spring break 2022

Great property with everything we were looking for. Quiet neighborhood with lots or surrounding shops/stores and restaurants. Easy quick check in process with CJ. House with plenty of space to spread out. Kids loved the pool and sport court. Unfortunately it was windy the middle of the week so we had a lot of leaves/needles from surrounding trees that blew into the pool that required frequent cleaning/skimming. CJ was super responsive in getting maintenance to put the automatic pool cleaner in the same day we requested it. Would definitely recommend this property.

Fun family trip!

I was here with 12 other guys and we had plenty of space to work and hang out - especially outside! the TVs, pool, hot tub, and sports court were so great. the movie theater was a nice way to relax inside. it was difficult getting Lyft/Uber to Scottsdale so keep that in mind. however the actual drive is 25 min

This is perfect home for family and friends - with plenty of space for together and alone time! The area is so close to amazing food, hiking and nature. We would definitely come back again. Outstanding property for large groups. We had 12 guys stay at the property for 3 days and didn’t need to leave the whole weekend. The outdoor space is phenomenal, indoor space is comfortable and spacious, you can’t go wrong with this place. Couple small details to update/fix but nothing to complain about, would absolutely stay again!

This home is AMAZING!! The pictures really don’t do it justice, it’s even better in person! The home is huge and beautiful, and it was spotless clean!! We will definitely rent this home again soon!! From the minute you walk thru the beautiful front doors to the gorgeous backyard this home is so amazing all I could say was WOW!!! Managers, C.J. and Jamie were awesome and made everything so easy! Spacious, comfortable and perfect for groups

I hosted 7 women in AZ for a weekend at this beautiful home. The home was perfect for privacy and comfort of everyone. The kitchen is very large and can accommodate a lot of cooking and storage. We had a private chef for an evening, and he had plenty of space without feeling intrusive to the rest of the house. There were enough appliances for us to do what we needed to do. The bedrooms are very spacious and the pull out beds are also very comfortable. Plenty of pillows, blankets and other. Also nice to have starter kits of toiletries and hair dryers for all. The master is huge so if a family needed to use portable beds or pack and play, you could. The outdoors is beautiful, unfortunately we had rain and couldn't fully take advantage of all it. The theater was perfect for a rainy day! The location is super close to shopping, grocery. We also used Uber and Instacart to bring things to us. The owner also provided us access to maintenance and others who were responsive and were able to bring us items that we needed (e.g. fan). We knew if we needed anything, it would be there. and I'll reiterate the house is gorgeous and very clean. Will try and return for another trip. 5 star rating for sure.

Perfect home for family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this spacious home with a resort like setup for our family vacation. Loved the quiet setting that is still close to shopping and hiking. We had 3 generations stay and we got the family time we wanted with enough space to spread out The grandkids loved the pool and sports court! Jaime and CJ were awesome thoughout our whole experience. We would highly recommend this property.

The property was amazing! Everything you would want, especially if you have young kids.

This is the best house we have been to in renting at least 8 homes. Everything seemed clean, there were items left over or provided by the owners, such as paper towels, toilet paper, bathroom essentials, etc. Everything was in excellent condition, we did not want for anything. There were no DVD's or games so bring them if you want them. There was bicycles, exercise equipment, high chair, pac-n-play, good kitchen supplies. Everything was just great! We would come back!! Thanks.

Ideal Family Vacation Home

If you are planning a family vacation and love the desert, you cannot do better than this home in Scottsdale. The host is gracious and helpful. He is a quick phone call away if needed, which is unlikely as everything about the residence is in great shape. Our 3 generation family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the sports court, the kitchen, and the home theater. The home is somewhat secluded, but is still close to shops, hiking, and attractions. We did an outing every day without much driving. All family members with diverse preferences enjoyed themselves. The proximity of Spring Training ballparks was an added bonus! We hope to be back again sometime soon.
