Very loud heating in rooms. Front desk young lady at check out seemed uninterested with the service part of customer service. Just to get a receipt was challenging. And the front desk gentleman beside the young lady seemed to be ok with it and kept giving excuses and why receipts are hard to come by at this hotel. The highlight was the reception you will receive by the doorwoman and man. Warm and always with a smile.
