The hotel and staff are lovely. I just wish there was a handheld shower head (It seems like a pretty basic amenity nowadays) and it would be nice if there was a way to crack a window for fresh air. I was also incredibly suprised that the suites with the "kitchen" have a full fridge and sink but only a microwave to cook with, theres no cooktop or hotplate. So whats the point of the kitchen then? Just tons of empty cupboards.

Did not enjoy my stay. I went to the front desk to get the wrist band and card to get into the pool and they were supposed to provide towels but they didn't have any and i needed to go back to my room and get the towels from there while at the pool someone steals one of my towels and now i needed to go to the reception desk to report my towel stolen so i don't get charged 25 dollars for it. Overal experience not good

We stayed on New Years eve. The hotel was average. The resort fee made no sense as limited amenities. The room was clean and large, but can't cast to the TV was was silly. Refused the request for late check-out, in new years day that's crazy. Just as well I guess because the blackout curtains didn't work well and let lots of light in and there was some annoying loud mechanical noise we herd all night. Don't stay in 1319
