Ability to cast to tv was broken the entire week I was there. I called multiple times and it was finally confirmed on the second last day that it was broken and they had no estimation on when it would be fixed. This made the hotel room not very comfortable to be in as I could not watch anything on the TV. The selection of tv channels were limited and there was no way to watch any of my digital platforms on the tv in the room. Very disappointing, in fact I close to stay elsewhere for two days and even left one day early m. I would not book here again as without basic amenities it's not worth the price. The Bell hop was great, front desk was fine when checking in, some other front desk people were off in terms of their attitude and not helpful. The breakfast delivered to the room was delicious but pricey of course.

The staff was not very courteous. The room was not serviced and when I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they said they could only complete a partial service. I was not impressed with this hotel, and will not recommend to my family. This is unfortunate, as we all like to come to the casino.

The room was ready early! Which was a nice treat! Everything was very clean. We had lunch and dinner at the casino. Borh were great. The covered parking lot was nice so we didnt have to clean our car off when we went out. We went for breakfast elsewhere, so we can't really rate the breakfast.
