It was terrible this time around. There had to have been a young children’s tournament around the area because it was filled with young children running around up and down our hallway in our room, elevators making frequent stops with these kids and dining sucks there!!! My bathroom countertop was not clean and had some kind of product on the counter. I had to use my antibacterial hand sanitizer to pour on the counter and use a facecloth to clean it. Also the tv converter hardly works.

The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, however we were short towels for 3 people and the pool was closed when we got there without any notice.

Worst service

Worst experience, super rude employees, I came at 2pm with kids from a long drive requested an early check in. I was straight showed the door. At my check in time that was at 4pm i was still asked to wait as the room was still getting clean. I waited for 2 more hours until 6 pm just to check in and while check out. They make you check out on time that is 11 am or else pay extra. I asked for an extra quilt, answer was come down and take it yourself. I will never ever go this place again.

Very strict rules regarding pool. Family of 5 with a hockey team and were threatened to be kicked out of pool as number could only be 25 persons in pool area. But included parents watching kids not swimming have never experienced this in a hotel pool. Yes the number of swimmers should be monitored but spectators/parents watching kids should not be a problem. Asked housekeeper to clean

Rooms are generous, beds are comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. We ate at the steak house, very good with great service, thanks to Enrico. Had breakfast in the food court with Starbucks coffee. Overall, pleasant stay.

Very clean, quiet and spacious room. The bathroom is very nice with a lot of space and a very clean beautiful tub/shower. Loved everything about this hotel. Front desk staff was great, very friendly and accommodating.
