Work on cleaning habits !

So our stay wasn’t terrible the staff was friendly. There was just some things they 100% need to work on. The second we walked in it smelled soooooo bad like straight trash. In the hallway right where you have to walk to get to the elevator a bag of trash sat there for 5 plus hours. When eating our breakfast my girlfriend was on the verge of throwing up because there was trash sitting in the dinning area. Just seems like the house keeping needs to make more rounds and keep up on the trash. The pool was alittle dirty but it was nice besides that. Our room wasn’t bad only complaints are the shower head was gross. Second the blanket on our bed had a huge brown stain on it. Third the AC smelled like mold. So again our stay wasn’t to bad but for the price we paid we definitely had high expectations. They definitely need to clean better besides that it was a nice place to stay.

It was no good. The breakfast was so. Ad. No coffe, no cream, no bread, no fruit. In the room no garbage can. The light so poor. The person in the kitchen was no good.

The building needs some tlc. and curb appeal. The filter was dirty in the bathroom. The bed was hard. The staff there were not dressed in uniform. One of the staff at the breakfast room had flip flops on and looked like she was on something. She didnt wear gloves when she was handling the food.

Clean but that’s where it ends. Thermostat didn’t work and in my 3 days there no one fixed it. Faucet leaked. Queen beds but only two standard pillows the rest were little square pillows. Coffee day one was Luke warm and this was first thing in the morning. Day 2 it was fresh and hot. Day 3 there wasn’t any. 4 sad apples were there the whole time.

I booked a last minute trip for my family of 5. King bed, with pull out couch. I checked in prior to arrival- which did not save any time as we had to do the process over when arriving. Our room was one king bed. When I went to the service desk- no accommodations were made. Our room was clean & bed comfortable. Continental breakfast was not stocked up, for the amount of people utilizing it. Do not recommend!

Better supplies for the amount of ppl staying. Only 2 sets of towels, conditioner, shampoo, etc. per room. The toilet paper was thin to say the least! Needed to request more of everything, but not a big deal, it was supplied once we asked the front The sink and shower drains did not have any plungers to seal, just a gapping hole. The breakfast wasn't too bad. Overall, average at best.

Bloodstains on hotel beds

Everything was fine until the room we were given, had bloodstains on the beds, then when I asked the guy at the front desk to have the bed spreads immediately changed I was told that no one could do that because there was no staff to do that, so I asked him to and he refused, so I’d like to be refunded all of my money immediately or else I’ll be leaving thousands of HORRIBLE REVIEWS, I promise you!!!
