The motel is well maintained, clean, and attractive. The room had all we needed, the usual, for a nice overnight stop. It is very near the Plymouth waterfront. Check in was quick and easy, the staff all very friendly. The breakfast was quite surprising. I am not much of a foodie but our kids especially loved the bacon and waffles. All the cooked items were cooked just right. There was a great selection of other foods, juices, coffee, etc. There was an attendant keeping everything clean and filled. They even had trays to take food back to the room. We had not expected such a great breakfast. If we ever go back to the area will definitely re-book here.Thank you!

Hotel was a great location for our wedding. Sightseeing was close so one could walk or drive a short distance.

Love to stay here again.

Pros: The second sink outside the bathroom was very convenient.
Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to all the tourist sights in Plymouth, MA.
We enjoyed out stay at the Best Western Cold Spring. The hotel and grounds were well kept and in a nice setting. The room was pleasant, well kept, and clean. The breakfast was very good, with a big variety of choices. The lobby and computer area was charmingly decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Great New England Hotel

Pros: location was great! Nice newly remodeled room.
Location: Close to historic sites in Plymouth.
Hotel was really cute, very convenient. Great breakfast selection with attentive staff.

Hotel provides breakfast

Pros: It was a very clean place and we enjoyed their breakfast plus had access to the internet on their computer.
Cons: They should know the customer is always right just to create good will instead of us having to argue with the front desk man.
Location: It was close to the beach area and restaurants. A lot of places were closed down due to the time of the year.
Our check-in experience was horrible. I made a reservation a month ahead of time to arrive on October 24 after midnight and thought I only had to pay for 3 days. I called the hotel direct to confirm this reservation, but when arriving at 2:00 a.m. in the morning of October 24 was told by attendant of front desk we owed for Friday which would have been 4 days. He argued with us about this until he totally alienated us as he wanted to charge us more for the additional night and wanted us to pay ahead of time for this, since we were not required to have a deposit ahead of time from Travelocity. We walked out that night and had to find another place to stay. Of course, every hotel in the area was either closed or booked for the night. We finally found someone to take us at 5:00 a.m. in the morning after driving around for 3 hours. This whole experience turned out to be a nightmare. They were also supposed to leave an envelope on the door for us with a key in it since we were arriving after the front desk was closed, but they did not do this.
