The grounds of this property was beautiful and well maintained. Although the bed was comfortable, I could see a huge mattress stain through the sheet which I put a bath towel in between. The bathtub was stained and very worn. We killed ants in the bathroom. Staff and location was wonderful.

Booked a room for my anniversary. Confirmed the night before on the phone. When we got there they weren't open. Sent us to a dump next door with two small beds instead of the King bed we paid for

It is an outdated hotel but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable place to stay for last minute booking. Close to gas stations and stores. Close to surrounding areas.

OK but there could be improvements.

We stayed for 2 nights. We expected that our room would have been cleaned and restocked after the first night but apparently that is not how they do business. Not a big deal. Went to the front desk and picked up fresh towels. Very cordial upon arrival and allowed us to check in early, we appreciated that. We have been having great weather for this time of year but the outdoor pool had already been shut down and covered for the season. Affordable yet decent place to stay with a big area along the lakeshore with ample seating to relax and enjoy the views. Convenient location with ample parking, easy to find. Comfortable room. Awoke to an odd sound during the night. Discovered the minifridge door open and a frozen can of seltzer had burst! Our room had a broken window and there was not a screen in it. It would have been nice to have a screen so that the window could have been open at night to enjoy the breeze and the sound of the waves. The breakfast offerings are ample but during our stay they were out of orange juice. The room seemed to have been freshly painted a nice color.

The apartment was in horrible condition. Bugs in all the lights, on the beds. None of the outlets worked. Outlets falling out of the walls. Hole in the ceiling with toilet paper stuck in it. I went to front desk to address issues and was told could have nothing done. Not even have the room cleaned. No refund, no offer of any sort of accommodation offered. Left the property within 5 hours of arriving and booked another property. The best thing about this property is the view. I do not like making a negative review, but this needs to be here. Awful. Over $900. for 2 nights And did not stay!

The staff was very nice. This is just a very old hotel and they are doing the best they can. Beautiful view! FYI they use a lot of room fresher though and I could barely stand it the first day!!

The location is great. The hotel is older but still in OK condition. Some maintenance does need to be done on the rooms. Our room had carpet around the bottom of the wall they used for molding and it was falling off the side of the wall. Overall the location is nice and it was a less expensive place to stay. The room was extremely hot on check in so it would have been nice if they left the air on some, it took a couple of hours to cool down.
