I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience, though there were a few areas that could be improved.
• Service: There was an issue with the plug in my room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently by the staff.
• Facilities: The pool and sauna were highlights of my stay. The pool area was a lovely space to relax and unwind, and the sauna added a nice touch to the overall experience.
• Amenities: One downside was the lack of hair conditioner in the room. I was surprised to learn that management doesn’t provide this at all, which felt unusual and inconvenient, especially for a hotel of this standard. I had to purchase my own during the stay.
• Room: The room itself was comfortable, but the lighting was quite dim. This made getting ready—particularly doing makeup—a bit challenging. Brighter or adjustable lighting would make a big difference.
• Late Check‑Out: I appreciated that the hotel accommodated my request for a late check‑out. However, the fee charged was almost the same as the nightly rate, which felt excessive and diminished the goodwill of the gesture.
• Location: The hotel’s location was excellent—right in the town, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area.
Overall: A good stay with excellent facilities, a great location, and responsive staff, but small details like room lighting, basic amenities (such as conditioner), and more reasonable late check‑out pricing would make the experienc
