The charm of the historic centre combined with the bustling surroundings of our building create unique memories. Decorated to taste and located metres from the main tourist attractions, in an area surrounded by bars, shops, restaurants, and all types of access. During summer, outdoor terraces are full, so if you're looking for rest during your stay in Porto, this is not the ideal location. However, if you want to be as close as possible to the city's movement, this is the right place!



Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.

The apartment has a double bed, with capacity for 2 people. Third floor without lift.



The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine.

Both bed linen and towels are sanitised by professional laundry and included, along with shampoo and shower gel.

Amenities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, coffee, and napkins are provided for the first days.



Easy and relaxed check-in with digital codes, from 3 pm to 4 am, with no costs for late arrivals.



All guests must provide their identification documents in advance and must complete online check-in in our own system to have access to the property.



Parties or any type of noise or disturbance in the building are completely forbidden. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any noise complaints from other tenants. Smoking inside the accommodation is also completely prohibited.
