The hotel is steps from the metro, very convenient to walk around the neighborhood. The hotel is also near many areas of interest so we were able to walk to many of the places. The staff were so kind and welcoming.

Balcony room overlooking the square was very nice; Very easy shower to figure out. Front desk staff always attentive and quick with answers. Hotel is in great location for walking everywhere. Parking around the corner is dicey to find the first time and $23/day, but manageable. Breakfast buffet is loaded with lots of stuff for everyone. Subway right outside the door if you need that. Can't nickpick anything.

Location and the hotel were nice. However, your website shows a photo of a premium room, which we paid for, having a sofa and sitting area. There wasn’t one. The hotel said it must be a mistake but refused to move us or accommodate us. Said Booking misled us but it is almost impossible to get in touch with your customer service.

Great location, immediately in front of Aliados Station. Friendly hotel concierge, bar and restaurant staff. Recommendation #1: hotel room with trapezoidal layout is best suited for a couple with one king bed rather than two family members with two separate twin beds. Recommendation #2: ensure housekeeping staff can at least communicate in basic English to avoid language barrier with hotel guests.
