This is a nice small boutique hotel located about a 20 minute walk or $ 6 Euro Uber ride to the city center. There isn't much in the immediate area . Ideal for short stays. The service provided by Raul and Diogo was outstanding. They were so helpful and accomodating to anything we needed. Would go back based on the excellent service throughout our stay!!

This is an apartment complex , dirty, broken shower. Dark and narrow stairs . Elevator for only 2 people with small elevators.Breakfast was ok. Nothing special or nice. And no receptionist there all the time . I would not recommend this.

We stayed for two nights and unfortunately had no functioning air conditioning the entire time. It was clear the AC had already been worked on before our arrival, but the issue remained unresolved. After reading other reviews, it seems this has been a recurring problem at this hotel. The breakfast was underwhelming, and the property had a noticeable smell of smoke throughout. The location also didn’t feel worth staying in, not much around and not very pleasant overall. One major design flaw was the bathroom: it had a see through wall, offering zero privacy, which was very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the manager did make an effort to move us to a different room, and we appreciated that. However, despite his efforts, the overall experience was disappointing and we wouldn’t stay here again.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience from my recent stay at your hotel. While I found the staff to be very polite and helpful, I must express that we were quite unhappy the first night. However, Diogo went above and beyond to accommodate us by changing our room, for which we are grateful. That said, I feel it’s important to note that while the hotel is listed as a 4-star establishment, in my opinion, it does not meet the standards even of a 3-star rating. From my understanding, there has been a recent change in management, and I believe there are numerous updates and improvements needed before the hotel can rightly claim a 4-star status.

This place is not as pictured and is not a 4 star hotel nor close to being. It needs a lot of repair- curtains wouldn’t close because half is falling of the clips. We reserved 3 rooms for our family and another room did not have AC and the other the bathroom flooded, half of the lighting didn’t work and the view was not pretty- to a bunch a random cleaning stuff thrown in a patio area- plus the cleaning bags were left on the stairs.

My advice is: STAY AWAY OF THIS PLACE! First of all,’Convo’ is not called Convo anymore. They change their name. The place claimed to provide parking and that is the reason I got it. They don not. False advertising. This place is extremely dirty, walls are falling apart, smells, you have no way of sleep because of the window glass been single and you can hear the neighbor's party, on top of that, the place has a very unpleasant strong smell and the A/C does not work properly. As soon as I booked and walked in I tried to cancel it because I knew I was not going go be happy staying here, the person on the other side of replying text messages via whatsapp said the reservation was non-refundable and would try to talk to the supervisor for an exception on Monday, because that conversation on the end of the day on Saturday. Today is Thursday, I have been kindly texting them about it without any return, no refund was made even though I explained why I was not happy with the place and did not sleep there any night. They are opportunist and act out of a non-professional place.

Very nice apartment, great for groups of 4-6, the location was good, bear local grocery but not downtown. Theres constructions happening near by and they start at like 8 or 9 in the morning which sucks and is very annoying. I would still overall recommend because its a good deal for the price and the customer service was good. Just to let you know its more like an airbnb rather than a hotel

Best comfort stay at Porto for a good price

Best stay at Porto. Clean, a lot of space, the towels are top quality. Room is comfy, everything was great. I enjoy every minute at that room. I would definitely recommend that hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff we met 2 men were so helpful and kind with their time and could not do enough for us . The hotel is in a really nice safe neighbourhood and only about 3 stops to the city centre. !

The hotel is not located in the main tourist attraction area, the area is quiet and safe and close to metro and just a few stops away. Staff are super friendly and helpful, communication is easy. I really enjoy my stay here.

Staff were awesome!we arrived during the national electricity breakout and all the restaurants and markets were closed they were kind enough to give us some food from the next morning breakfast.We enjoyed every bit of our experience in this hotel.

Very quiet area. Hotel staff very accomodating and responsive on Wattsapp at anytime. Its not a new hotel but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds have memory foam pillows which makes stay relaxing. Will visit again.
