Staff was superb! The most professional and accommodating staff offering champagne or cappuccino upon arrival. Helped with bags and made dinner reservations for us as well as gave great recommendations. We got a great price and was not expecting this kind of service. The best service we had in all of the European hotels we've stayed in this far.

Terrific location in the heart of many quality restaurants and near enough to walk to the river. Feels like staying in a lovely luxury private home rather than a hotel. Request a room away from the street if you want quiet. Or overlook the street if you like that energy. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was very well kitted out. The view was fantastic including two church facades. Gorgeous at night!
