Property was great and communication with staff at YOUROPO was 100%. Felt appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being able to communicate 24*7 through WhatsApp gave extra layer of "above and beyond"

Beautiful apartment, though some issues with check-in as we arrived late and found the apartment, but check-in place is 2 blocks away. There have been some similar reviews indicating check-in confusion, but we still fell into the same hole. I believe the real issue is the apartment still use the old style locks, both for the main door and apartment door. So so they have to hand in the keys to you, and that’s why they offer 24 hour check-in. If they can modernize the locks with the digital ones, they can save a lot of service labors and much convenient for the customers.
