We had to ask for more Kleenex in our room when we arrived because there were only 3 pieces left and were asked to come down to the desk to get it. The heat didn’t seem to work in our room.

I stayed for a week for work. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice, lots of options and tasted good. The gym was decent it had what was needed. I did not enjoy was the shower. The water pressure was far too harsh, it felt like I was in a tsunami at times with water misting all over the place. Housekeeping would come some days but not consistently. Some days they would not restock my coffee pods or towels. It was also quite loud over the weekend, could hear people in the hallways, beside and above me. TV connection was not the best over the weekend when the hotel was full of people, if kept disconnecting due to wifi issues.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pomeroy…nice room, friendly staff, great breakfast. The only downside was the lighting in the bathroom. It was too dim, even with the light-up mirror.

Breakfast was great. Room’s comfortable and clean. Rooms aren’t very soundproof as it was very loud from guests in hallway (it was New Year’s Eve) Pool was busy but fun. Kids loved it. We will be back!
