Found the rooms clean, butbthe bathroom small in size. Not what appeared in the photo's. The bathroom have heated seats and bidets, interesting. Staff was very friendly and professional. Found the TV control was not for our TV and the the alarm pre-set at 6am, which i could not turn off. I advised the staff and received apologies and offered a coupon for breakfast. Neg's - rough area of town, but parking was decent above ground or ground level. Overall- Enjoyed the stay based on the location to where we needed to be. Professional staff and the pool/hottub was ok.

The hotel, facilities and staff were really good. The only down side to this hotel is that it is located in the downtown area of Prince George and so you will need to leave the main Highway area to go into downtown (where there is road construction, traffic and more homeless walking the streets at night- if security is a concern). We did see staff in the parking area in the evening and in the morning when we left so no sure if they hire a private security company to monitor the parking area or not, but we felt that our vehicle and belongings were "reasonably" safe.

Parking was easy but not secure. Front desk staff weren’t accommodating. On our last day out of the 3 we were told the “breaker kicked the bucket” so their was no hot water to shower with at the hotel nor was the hot tub running, we had booked the hotel for the hot tub generally rather than staying with family. Housekeeping staff were accommodating and helpful. Also the hotel was quite empty, was told upon checking in that night at 1am, there was a lot of rooms available but could not upgrade our room from two “queens” to one king. The bed was firm but clean. The toilet seat was heated, that was nice! Didn’t try the breakfast but heard good things.

We couldn’t stay there because the boiler wasn’t working so there was no heat in the hotel and no hot water. They kindly find a room for us at the Hyatt and we were charged the same as if we had stayed with them.

A nice hotel that is convenient to the arena, and swimming pool but I didn't use either. I was there without a vehicle and had to do quite a bit of walking to get to the shopping plaza but it's doable. Hotel was quiet. The front desk staff were very helpful. My room was clean. I had dinner in the Shogun Japanese steakhouse and that was my only disappointment. The food was average and the chef didn't have any of the "show" that's usually expected. Overall an ok stay and I would stay again.
