The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were clean and tidy. The location was right off the highway, so it was easily accessed. I wish the location was more eco-friendly, and that it would have included recycling and a water fountain with the upright panel to refill water bottles. I did not see these, but it's possible I missed them. I was annoyed by the news being on during breakfast, but the breakfast itself was decent. I do not think the area itself is supportive of diversity, including minorities. There's probably not much the hotel can do about that, other than help diverse populations feel like this place is a safe haven.
