The first room i checked into seemed nice until i wanted to take a shower. The water was luke warm at best. Front desk said they would check the boiler then to try again still not hot. So the front desk sent someone to check the water in the room. Still not working so they thankfully put me in another room b4 the front desk person went home. However the bathroom of the next room wasn’t clean. There were hairs on the shower wall and floor. I even took a photo. It was late I wanted my hot shower so I rinsed it myself and had a nice hot shower. Free breakfast was not particularly good either. And maybe there had been a lot of guests earlier in the morning but there were no spoons left so I had to knock on the kitchen door to ask for one. One was gotten but then I saw another guy after me request the same thing. For oatmeal and cereal and yogurt we need spoons. So overall not great. It was my first stay in homewood suites it will probably be my last if i have choices. I’m sorry to say. Bed was really comfortable the room was nice but the issues above definitely need to be addressed. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay for New Year’s week. There were some people staying there who were hogging the waffles while families with children had to wait. Beverly at the front desk was lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Starting from the beginning. The walkways hadnt been shoveled and were a sheet of ice. Once in the room you could hear every step the people above you are taking, there was very little kitchenware, insects in the bathroom, nither of the tv remotes worked, room was not super clean and i got an eye infection while staying there

Hotel was very modern and clean. Our suite was very spacious with separate living area, big screen TV, pull out couch and full kitchen with dinner ware. However, beds and bedding were not comfortable, and shower was very cold. Also, no housekeeping on weekends unless you request. Breakfast was adequate and check in and out was fast.
