We arrived very late in the evening for our check-in, but the lady at the front desk was ready for us and had started our room selection making everything quick and easy. We spent a very comfortable night in our rooms and are grateful for the convenient location and fair price.

Our room was filthy and smelly. The furniture was broken and stained. We had to get a vacuum cleaner from the front desk as the carpet was covered in dried mud. There was a weird smell that smelled like sewer back-up. The drains were clogged so you are in standing water while taking a shower. The doors by the parking lot were propped open with rocks. The dining room floor was dirty. We didn’t bother with the complementary breakfast as we were pretty sure it was not prepared in sanitary conditions. We were appalled.

This property has not been well maintained. Our room was dirty and smelled of smoke. The carpet and tile was sticky, stained and grubby. We were only doing a single night stay or we would have left immediately.

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Property is run down. Even though room was a "non-smoking" it reek from smoke smell that got all over our cloth. Had a hard time seeping do to the smell. Learned our lesson, pay a little extra and stay somewhere nicer.
