"De todas las opciones para quedarse en Cap Cana, Dreams Cap Cana fue una experiencia espectacular. Nos hospedamos en el área Preferred Club, en una Swim-Up Room, y honestamente fue la decisión perfecta: comodidad, privacidad, acceso directo a la piscina y ese nivel extra de atención que hace que uno se sienta realmente de vacaciones. Pero lo que más hizo la diferencia fue el servicio. Todo el staff fue increíblemente atento, amable y pendiente de cada detalle, pero quiero destacar especialmente a Julia Roberts, nuestra concierge, quien convirtió cada momento de la estadía en algo especial. Siempre disponible, resolutiva, cálida y con una actitud de servicio fuera de serie. ¡WOW! De verdad, Julia Roberts hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera fenomenal de principio a fin. Dreams Cap Cana combina muy bien lujo, descanso, buena ubicación y un ambiente perfecto para desconectarse. "This is a hidden gem in Cap Cana. The lobby and room decor was stunning. It's right in the heart of the restaurants on the water and loved the vibe of the area. The staff treated us like VIPs and took us in golf carts everywhere in the marina. Breakfast was superb. I can't recommend this enough."
