Newly renovated 2-bedroom unit in the heart of Old Quebec, perched on an escarpment with unobstructed views of the port, river and mountains.

Steps away from all the best attractions of the city in a quiet part of town.

An historic hotel converted into modern apartments, a great base from which to explore this wonderful city.

Parking available for 1 car. Additional parking at City Hall 300m away.

The Space:
This just-renovated 2-bedroom, 2 bath apt is on the main floor of a 4-storey hotel that has been converted into tourist apartments. The property is fully licensed for short-term rentals in Quebec, ensuring a secure and worry-free stay with no risk of cancellations due to local regulations.

Parking is located in the back of the building on Hebert Street.

There is no elevator, but since the entrance is off the back of the building which is raised one level above the main floor, there are no stairs to climb.

Once inside the apt there is a small foyer where guests can leave their shoes and jackets.

Bedrooms are immediately to the left and right when entering the unit.

One has a queen bed and the other has 2 queen beds and an en-suite bathroom.

A large, stone and wood filled living room, dining room and kitchen look welcome you into the main section of the unit with the large bathroom/laundry room at the back.

Please note the Jacuzzi tub does not work.
This unit has 2 bathrooms - 1 with a shower and the other shower and a bathtub.

The Neighborhood:
Just steps away from the heart of the action in Old Quebec you are in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Canada.

The Chateau Frontenac is a 5 min walk, and the shops, restaurants and bar on St Jean and Cote de la Fabrique are 200 meters away.

The area is residential and our converted hotel is the only business in the area.

Getting Around:
Taxi/Uber is the best way to navigate the city. Parking can be complicated and all the key attractions of Old Quebec are within walking distance.

Weekend parfait

Nous avons passé un weekend parfait dans le vieux Québec en grande partie grùce à cette merveilleuse propriété. Super bien située, facile d'accÚs et trÚs propre. On y retournera c'est sûre.

Was very disappointed with the property which was discussed with Camilo. We were told before we arrived there was construction by the property, and when I asked about it, I was told it was almost completed. That was not the case at all. Also the description of the property stated a river view which was not the case. The construction had a big wall built so there was no view, only large construction equipment. You could not keep the blinds open for light because construction workers were walking by all day. Please we were woken up each morning around 6:30 AM with loud voices from the construction workers outside out window. The beds are similar to futon mattress. The bath inside the one bedroom did not have heat, had to rely on bedroom heat. The apartment is very dark with the only windows in the bedroom. The apartment was clean and had a nice washer & dryer. Easy walking into the old town. We also asked the host if we could check in about an hour early and were told flat NO we do not allow early check in. It was a very cold day and we arrived at 3:00 PM we figured out how to get into the main entrance were there was a nice sitting area for us to wait until 4:00 PM to check in. One would have thought that would have been an option for them to tell us we could do.Just not a good experience overall. QC is beautiful and I wish we would have stayed in one of the nice hotels.

Our stay was great! This condo was in a fabulous location--it was a convenient walk into Old Town and close to lots of restaurants. The host was extremely responsive, and everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. We highly recommend!

Magical Hideway on the Ramparts of Quebec City

If you are looking a great place to stay in Old Quebec, this is your place. A nicely renovated former hotel on the ramparts of the city with all the modern conveniences, you are in very close walking distance of all the sites but in a quieter part of town with a wonderful view of the St Lawrence right out your front door. The hosts were very nice and extremely responsive. There was construction happening and they went out of their way to let us know and help us maneuver to our parking spots.

Nice location

The booking and check in process was easy. It’s a nice location in the old city. Small issues were promptly resolved. Comfortable beds and living room seating. The dining table is rock hard with high top chairs that are uncomfortable and there is not light over it. But, we ate out most of the time, so we avoided that situation. Summer brings construction in Canada and our week was impacted by it ( literally outside the door) but that’s how it’s done during the short summer. Overall, we recommend this place for the location and easy walking to major sites and restaurants.

Just loved this adorable place! It was perfect for our needs..right in the heart of this amazing city. Well-appointed with all necessities . We could walk to all the sights. Decor was unique and fit location. We definitely were happy to have our one parking spot. Mirrors could be provided in bedrooms. Beds were so comfortable. Thanks for a memorable time! Great Stay

Had a wonderful trip to Old Quebec. Location is great - note that there is a short (1.5 blocks) but steep hill to the main attractions, but generally can’t beat the location! Clean and inviting - kitchen had all necessary amenities. Easy stay with great hosts!

A special family birthday weekend.

Although the weather did not favour us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom Quebec VRBO. The website description is accurate. The short walk to old town was quite nice. Clean and cozy, but watch the hot water temperature in both showers. Could not control the ensuite shower, needs caution.

Fantastic location and apartment!

I cannot say enough about what a wonderful location this was. We came into town, parked in the assigned parking spot, and walked everywhere we wanted to go during our stay. Central location - easy to access Place Royale and all of Old Quebec.The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed, was comfortable and just what we had hoped for.Communication and instructions were clear and timely, and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.
