"Family had a good experience. All staffing was polite and helpful. We got the breakfast deal the outdoor bar that served us was nice it was a good deel and food was pretty good. Lots of recreational opportunities."

"The pools on the property were nice. However, the restuarants and bars close too early. Upon check in, I arranged with the front desk to have a bottle of champayne delivered to the room for the 40th birthday celebration we were celebrating. (Reason for our trip). Unfortunately, after contacting the front desk that the bottle was never delivered and whats the stautus, I was informed that this service was no longer available. I had been given a card to fill out, which added to the disappointment. This experience was particularly disappointing , as I read about this service prior to arriving at the hotel. Futhermore our room had tiny ants on the dresser and night stand. "

"OUR REGULAR PLACE. WE GO REGULARLY ONCE OR 2 X AYEAR. STAFF VERY HELPFULL. WE LOVE THE SUITES BLDG BY HIGGS BEACH. ONLY LITTLE ISSUE IS THAT THE BATHROOMS ARE TOO SMALL FOR THE SIZE SUITE. "
