Spectacular Lakefront Cottage Retreat on Lake Chouchiching sitting on 3/4 acres.

Property has main house with gas fireplace, dish washer and laundry facilities which sleeps 6 people over two bedrooms including 1, 3pc bathroom. The Studio Apartment with kitchen and 3 pc bathroom as extra accommodation sleeps 3 people. .Bunkie , on the water , with 2 pc bath room sleeps 5 people .
Main house will cost $249/night plus one time $250 cleaning fees. Bunkie on the water will cost an additional $150/night plus one time $150 cleaning fees and Studio Apartment will cost an additional $150/night plus one time $150 cleaning fees will sleep 3 people.. You can reserve one building or all three together depending on number of visitors, for a larger group up to 14 people for a total cost of $525 per night. $1,000 refundable security fee will be required.
Good access off highway 11 and 169. Minutes away from Town of Washago.
Private Boat Ramp and dock available. Included are use of canoes, kayaks and paddle boat. Cable TV/Rogers Ignite and Internet available. Private Sand Beach with Play Toys available for Children.
