VILLA CONSOLATA - FLORENCE AREA
Located in the Valdarno area of Tuscany, Villa Consolata is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool. Lying in a peaceful spot, bordered by the Pratomagno mountains and the Chianti hills, the villa is perfect for country lovers and large group holidays. The villa is within walking distance of a restaurant and supermarket and the town of Lecce, with its famous luxury outlet centre, is just 3 km away. Also, within driving distance, you will find the must-see cities of Florence (35 km), Arezzo (35 km) and San Gimignano (78 km).

The villa is composed of a 265 square metre main house which develops over two levels and, a 75 square metre small house (the Limonaia) which develops over two levels.

MAIN HOUSE
From the entrance on the ground floor, you will find a living room (with comfortable seating and a fireplace), a dining room (with table seating 16 people), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with toilet and bidet).

On the first floor you will find one quadruple bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds on a mezzanine level, one bathroom (with shower) and four double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms with shower.
THE LIMONAIA (ANNEX)
On the ground floor you will find a dining room (with table and chairs), a sitting room and a small kitchen corner.

On the first level, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower).

Entering from the back entrance, you will find a sauna with relaxation area (with deck chairs), reaction bath and bathroom (with shower and laundry area).

Outside, the villa is set in a large garden with a lawn and secluded private pool (10 m x 5 m; depth 1.4 m; salt water; open beginning May - end of September) with sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the villa, you will find a terrace with and al-fresco dining area (with 2 tables seating up to 16 people). You will also find a shaded table tennis table area in another part of the garden and a barbecue.
