The people at the reception were friendly and accommodating. They were able to adjust the benefit I received and gave me an upgrade to an airport view room. Even though it can accommodate 2 people, closet space was only for 1.

This hotel was extremely cozy and welcoming. I asked the front desk worker if they had a wake up call service for the northern lights and while they didn’t, he offered to call my personal cell if they came out. They had a small game room/ lounge to mingle with others as well which was really nice. I would highly recommend!

Overall the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Shower was a bit tight but wouldn’t keep me from coming back. Also didn’t know it was an airport which in the end was kinda cool and interesting.

The room was small but good. The shower is tiny so be aware and prepared. The location is beautiful, it is walkable to the main area of Reykjavik if you’re willing to walk about a mile to get there.

We had a car rental parking was great and we didn’t need to pay for parking. Driving was easy around the city and it was convenient to everywhere we were expecting. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was some if we looked forward to every morning.

It was great all yours picked up from this location. The outside looks a little date but lovely inside. The hotel is a bit of a walk into the centre though.
