What to be aware of:
Only one parking spot at the condo.  Overflow parking in Bolton Resort lot.  Walk to the back of the building to get to the condo.Dogs Ok: Dogs require a $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee MAX 2 DOGS.  DOGS Must be in a kennel when alone in the condo. Must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after your pet.  Please keep pets off furniture.

Convenient Place for Family Stay
This condo was a short drive from Burlington, where we were celebrating my wife's dad's 85th birthday. The place was spacious, with multiple bedrooms, and dog friendly. It was very reasonable cost wise, as Burlington VT hotels are very expensive, and it allowed us all to be in one place. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was also great. Management was very responsive to our needs, I recommend staying here.
