We were blessed to have stumbled upon this magnificent gem and hope that you will find it as peaceful and healing as we do! Charming enough for a romantic getaway, yet spacious enough to host a family (or two)! Our 3 bed/2 bath home sits on 2+ acres and features an open floor plan with plenty of room for indoor and outdoor relaxation and entertainment! The property features spectacular views of the Sedona Red Rocks, an inground pool, hot tub, putting green and access to hiking and OHV trails. Want friends or family to join you on your retreat? Ask us about our coach house accommodations!

Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of the coach house and its grounds. Further accommodations may be made available upon owner's approval.

Wagon Wheel Estates is located in a quiet rural estate subdivision that boarders the beautiful Coconino National Forest. Rimrock is your classic small southwestern town where the locals are friendly, and businesses run at their own pace. There is never a rush here, so take it easy, enjoy your beer (or wine), and just relax!

Guests should be aware that although we are only 2.5 miles away from I-17, the last 1.5 miles is a rugged stretch of dirt road up to the property. Plan for a few extra minutes travel time and be prepared for some bumps and dust along the way....we promise you won't be disappointed when you arrive at your private estate!

Relaxation with a view...

Out of the way, but in a good way! Great backyard for lounging by the pool, sitting in the spa, or roasting marshmellows over the fire. The house is open, roomy, and comfortable, and the host is very responsive. Plan for a 45 minute drive to get to most things in the Sedona area. It's a ways out, but worth it for the solitude and relaxation after the buzz of Sedona.

Great Place to Relax!

We ended our trip traveling from the Grand Canyon to Vegas to Sedona at this wonderful home! It was cozy and relaxing and close enough to the local state parks and Sedona/Cottonwood to explore. The property hosts were available to answer questions and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for couples looking for a place to relax or families looking for a fun place to hang out while traveling!

Great Family Vacation Spot

This property was absolutely amazing, both inside and outside, even better than described! This home had quite literally everything you needed, they really truly have thought of everything and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. The property was clean and extremely comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids 10-14), well stocked kitchen/bathrooms, and the outdoor space was great and provides beautiful views for relaxing in the morning or in the evening. The only drawback was the pool was chilly, like too chilly for even a dip after a hot day of hiking but in all honesty we were so busy doing things we really wouldn’t have had much time to swim. The hot tub however was the perfect way to relax in the evening, with a glass of wine while star gazing (so many stars). The location is great, very private which is what we were looking for but close enough for us to drive into Sedona which we did several times. The owner was in contact throughout the trip which was nice when/if we had questions. All in all it was a fantastic family getaway; we enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again if we ever head back this way!

Beauty and Grandeur!

We were between this house and a couple hotel rooms in Sedona. Staying 40 mins from Sedona turned out to be WAY more of a feature than a bug. Not only does the house have every amenity you can imagine but you are literally waking up in one of the most beautiful setting - that just pours over you. Between the tourists and the traffic in town we were surprised at how much we loved the location in Rimrock. The amenities were perfect: just as described, and the host was super attentive. The place is clean and has a calming atmosphere. There is a little breakfast/lunch place less than 10 mins away (Peach Tree Cafe) that was the best meal and service we had in all of Arizona. 10/10 strongly recommend this stay!!

Desert Oasis!

Our family really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! It was such a wonderful haven to come home to after a day of activities, and really elevated our trip. A lovely home to relax in and to hang out together as a family. We really enjoyed the cozy family room, as well as the pool and hot tub. Definitely recommend!

Anniversary Getaway

We visited for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was a lovely experience overall. Upon our arrival we found a clean, welcoming home with flowers and a card which was such a sweet and kind gesture. We greatly enjoyed the house and backyard and truly felt at home while we were there. It was lovely to star gaze in the hot tub at night and loved being able to play music on the speaker system while we relaxed by the pool.

Star gazing paradise

This is my second time here and will be an annual occurring trip as long as Kim keeps hosting 😀 first trip was all girls and second trip was my husband and my son! We experienced the dessert and all the animals! Lizards and bees and bats and birds! Could hear the coyotes howling at night! This is the best way to experience Arizona! Makes me want to move here that’s how much I love it!

Great vacation property

My wife and I could not have picked a better place to stay and could not have been happier with the property or Kim the host. The house itself is warm and inviting and makes you feel like you are home. Sitting in the hot tub at night staring at the stars in almost complete silence was amazing. We would absolutely reccommend this property to others.

Absolutely amazing

This was a redo honeymoon for my husband and I. It was everything we could have imagined and more. The location is private with great views. Kim the host was great with communicating details. The house is about 40 mins from Sedona, but a very easy drive. We took a two hour trip to the Grand Canyon too. Grab your groceries on the way in and your set!

Amazing property - Fantastic vacation

Wagon Wheel Estates and Kim could not have been more amazing. Kim is an incredible host and her house is truly a gem. The awesome views from the back yard and stargazing in the hot tub make it worth the trip alone, throw in the pool, the clean, spacious and well-appointed house and you have everything you could possibly ask for. The amount of things there are to do and see within 60 minutes of house means you can be as busy as you would like. Driving anywhere flys by as the views are spectacular wherever you go. We loved hiking into Fay Canyon and exploring Jerome (the Clinkscale is a truly spectacular restaurant). Relaxing in the hot tub each night, looking at the stars and taking in the peaceful surroundings was always the perfect end to our day. Thank you Kim for helping make our trip everything we could hope for and even more.

AMAZING

Kim is the best host I’ve ever met! Her property is the MOST beautiful place I’ve ever seen! It was huge! It was clean! It was the most relaxing property and place I’ve ever been to! Arizona was my first trip west, and I will be back once or twice a year! We seen double rainbows! We experienced complete silence and total relaxation! Beyond my expectations….and then some!

From Day 1, Kim was AMAZING to work with. Quick responses that answered all of my questions before, during and after our trip. The trip was a surprise for two in our group who were celebrating 50th birthdays. She went above and beyond in decorating and providing welcome gifts to make the surprise even more special. As for the property itself, it’s AMAZING as well. Close enough to tourist areas, yet off the beaten path which was exactly what we were looking for. Private grounds with views of Bell Rock in the background. Simply stunning and we are already planning our return.

Wagon Wheel Estate

Wagon Wheel Estate exceeds expectations in all areas. The house is very clean and is stocked with everything you could need. Sitting in the backyard either on the patio or in the pristine pool is so relaxing due to the gorgeous scenery. We were able to enjoy a local restaurant, grill, and listen to coyotes at night while star gazing. The location of the property is a benefit because it distracts you from the busy world we live in and allows you to take in the desert nature. Sedona is a short drive away where you can access shops, restaurants, and jeep tours. Kim was pleasant to work with and even gave us suggestions of things to do since our flight landed early. I will definitely keep this stay in mind when coming back to Arizona!

Desert Wonder

Beautiful home in a gorgeous desert setting with a spectacular view. We sat by the pool/spa all day and watched the scenery change as the sun crossed the mesas. Our host, Kim, was the best we've ever had in our travels. Really got to know us and responded to any questions instantly. We will be returning!
