I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and was very disappointed. The room was missing what I consider basic amenities: no mini fridge, no microwave, no hair dryer, and no iron. When I checked in, I noticed the bathroom floor towel was dirty with shoe marks. I requested room service on the 4th day, and all they did was hang the same towels back up instead of replacing them. The surrounding area felt a little unsafe, though we did find a nice bar and bakery just a 5 minute walk away.

My connecting flight was delayed so I never made it to rio. I tried contacting the hotel several times before this happened and after it happened, and the hotel never responded. Terrible customer service. I have reported the incident to hotels.com

Property definitely needs a bit of maintenance. My room was not very clean and they didn’t not service the room daily. Only one day they replaced towels and made the bed. Overall ok stay but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again Breakfast was good

This hotel is terrible, it’s located in a very unsafe neighborhood, and the hotel is dark and old, everything is old, the hallways are very dark. And even the mirrors on the stair walls are broken. They even charge R$30 if you want to put your luggage in their storage for a little while after you check out. It’s not worth the money even though the hotel charge low price. Not recommended

The stat here was okay but the beds didn’t have sheets and the curtains had holes in them. The breakfast was not good. Yoghurts were served warm as well as milk for cereal. Only one protein source which were hot dogs in a tomato based sauce. The decor was nice outside the other things mentioned

Ran down hotel in the middle of nowhere

Really disappointed in my stay. We ended up checking out the same night. Walls are filthy, sheets dirty. The first room we were assigned had wet floors from the AC. The next room they moved us too was not better. This isn’t a luxury hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Atlântico Prime, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the modern, stylish décor and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the hotel truly made the difference. Every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and professional, making me feel right at home. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always available to assist with any needs during my stay. The room was absolutely fantastic. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with all the amenities you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep each night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-quality toiletries and a refreshing rain shower. Breakfast each morning was a highlight. A great variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits to pastries and hot dishes, all served in a beautiful dining area. It really set the tone for a great start to the day.
