Quarto muito sujo, pedimos para limpar ainda no dia do check, a funcionária foi solicita e passou um pano no quarto que deu uma amenizada, mas debaixo das camas estava com muita sujeira. O quarto em si é bom, espaçoso, porém precisa de reforma. Algumas tomadas do quarto não funcionava, tv não ligava, cama com um dos pés quebrados. Quarto sem blackout na cortina, o que deixava o quarto sem privacidade de dia, é muito claro A cama era confortável. O café da manhã muito fraco, sem opções, nem mesmo uma sanduicheira para esquentar o pão. Caiu bastante de quando me hospedei nesse hotel nos anos de 2018 e 2019.

Upon opening the room door and closing it for the first time, there was not just dust but lots of dirt and pebbles behind the door against the wall; it was obvious that the cleaning crew did not attempt to sweep or clean this area....but it was a couple hours later after dinner when we were taking a shower when I looked up and there were dozens (50+) bugs on the ceiling of the shower. It was so gross and disgusting....we immediately left. We tried to call the front desk, but no anwer. We then noticed when we were leaving that there was a line at the front desk of no fewer than 20+ people waiting to check in....and so we didn't even attempt to wait...this was not a good experience.

Primeira vez que me hospedei no hotel, achei o hotel excelente, atendimentos excelente, café da manhã excelente. Meu único ponto negativo foi no quarto, a cortina da janela deveria ser blackout, pois a claridade incomoda um pouco, a noite não fica escurinho e para quem gosta de dormir a tarde, fica desconfortável.
