This was a great location for our multi generational family of 8, including two small children. With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of room.The host agency was responsive, although at times the automated responder bot was frustrating as it had to refer back to a human -- it would probably be more efficient to just stick with the humans :)The online listing needs to be updated -- it shows a washing machine, but there isn't one (the property details don't mention it, to be fair). The furniture is similar to the photos but not quite the same. Location is great, lots of food options nearby and close to public transit with some attractions within walking distance.Would definitely return if visiting Rome with a group.

The listing looks better online than in person. It did have a really great location that was accessible to everything we wanted to do. We were disappointed by the elevator being broken upon arrival (it was stuck on a higher level) and we have to bring up 9 persons luggage up several flights. Unfortunately we could only get 1 of the 3 showers to produce hot water. We had a safety concern with the door locking us in from the inside by accident but were able to figure out a way in. Good stay for the price.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was very spacious. There is a grocery store conveniently located right below. We were able to grab a bus easily close to the apartment. The location of the apartment is in a quieter part of town with some neat historical ruins nextdoor. You will not be disappointed staying here!

5 large bedrooms was perfect for our extended family of 8. The apartment is well renovated, air conditioning worked well the sheets and towels were great. The location is in the north of Rome but just within the walls, a short bus ride to the tourist attractions and we liked that the because the area has some locals, the restaurant options are better. There is a good cafe directly downstairs and the best gelato in Rome at “La Romana” down the street.

Great location very clean

Our family of 8 were very comfortable in this large apartment. Plusses were heat control in every room, great soft towels, sheets and pillows, overall very clean, walkable to all historic areas. Minuses was the toilet in the back bathroom did not flush well. Otherwise very happy with our stay! back

Great Apartment and Neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for our family’s stay in Rome. It was in a great location, and the space was exactly like the listing showed. Great cafe right outside the front door and amazing restaurant options within walking distance. All of our meals were wonderful. Host was responsive and accommodating to all my communications prior to the stay. I recommend the apartment for any family or group in need of a few bedrooms and would stay there again in the future.

Casa para familia ou grupo amigo com mesa para 14 pessoas

1. A estadia foi muito agradável, os quartos sao grandes e confortáveis e a sala tem uma mesa para 14 pessoas, o que permite refeições com muita conversa e bem servidas. Tudo com excelente ar condicionado para combater os 40 graus de Roma.2. Alguns pontos de melhoria:a. Uma das três casas-banho, não tinha água no chuveiro;b. Os autoclismos não funcionam muito bem, espeialmente o da casa de banho da suite;c. A máquina de lavar loiça, não está a funcionar bem. O programa de lavagem corre até ao final, mas não lava bem a loiça;d. A mesa grande da sala está desiquilíbrada no lado direito (de quem está virado para a janela)3. Sugestões de melhoria:a. Ter máquina de lavar roupab. Ter mais um sofá na salab. Fazer o check-out mais tarde do que as 10 horasObrigado. Voltaremos a reservar a casa numa próxima estadia
