The room meets what one would expect for a stay in Rome: it is comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The space is small, but this is completely understandable given that Rome is a city where most accommodations are compact. The location is very good and convenient for walking around and exploring the city. As points to keep in mind, the elevator is extremely small, which can be inconvenient when traveling with large luggage. Additionally, the property does not offer parking, and finding parking nearby is not easy, especially if arriving by car. Overall, it is a very good option for staying in Rome, as long as these logistical details are taken into account.

Great staff, location excellent, room clean and the amenities working but, something I would like to suggest is because is kind of difficult to get into the room and will be appreciated is to add signs or numbers on the doors, first day I climbed the stairs up to 4th floor and the department was on the second floor ;(, Thank you Alessandro for all your help. I definitely I would recommend to stay there!!!

Merveilleux endroit. Super bien située. Je recomma

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Alessandro est un super hôte. J'avais des questions avant le départ et il m'a toujours répondu très rapidement par whatsapp. L'appartement est très bien située. À 10 minutes de marche de la gare, à 5 miutes de marche de la ligne de métro A ( station Vittorio Emmanuel) et à maximum 9 minutes de la station Carvour ( ligne B).Le quartier eat hyper tranquille. Nous y dormons très bien. L'air climatisée fonctionne adéquatement. À notre arrivée, nous avons contacté Alessandro qui est arrivée 2 minutes plus tard. Il nous a permis de déposer nos bagages dans un endroit barré sous clé et nous a tout expliqué. Nous étions dans l'edifice séparé. L'endroit était super propre, les lits comfortables et il y avait tout le necessaire pour cuisiner ( mini-frigo aussi). Il y a aussi shampooing, gel-douche et serviettes de bain. Je recommande fortement cet endroit qui nous avait été recommandé.

This apartment is located very close to Rome termini station and made it easy for us to walk to every tourist attractions. The room itself is located on the second floor in the elevator building.

Very nice modern apt with mini fridge, right in the heart of the action, literally a marble street at your doorstep. Because of that cannot uber directly to front of building. Very short walk to meet uber. Close to old town, rail. Enjoyed our stay there. Couple of maint issues. Small crack on toilet seat. Nice big modern shower. Can get slippery when wet. Great location and staff.

We selected this property amount others because it was closed by the metro station and at a walking distance from the Colosseum. The property pictures in the advertisement are not only our rental apartment, but it was a good set up for two adults and two young people to stay for 3 days. The cleaning of the apartment was deficient, although we are to pay for the cleaning fee. The dirt is noticeable on the wall moldings, mold on the walls next to the windows, the refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer full of ice, the mold on multiple parts of the shower wall. No toilet paper, which it was mentioned to the host and he brought it. The bed sheets and towels were clean. There is a washer machine option but you need to buy the detergent. It has a kitchen option with microwave. It is a good option for Rome travelers, but need to pay attention to the cleaning and basic needs.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street that is close to both the main train terminal and the Colosseum. There are plenty of restaurants, groceries stores, cafes and other small shops within walking distance. The unit we stayed in is roomy and well equipped. There is a dining table and a lovely couch that doubled as a sofa bed. There is a kitchen with a good-sized fridge, microwave and stove. There is even a small washing machine which is super handy for the hot Rome summer. We stayed in plenty of 4/5 stars hotels and this place beats all of them in term of cleanliness. I would hire their cleaner if I live in Rome. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere in the apartment. Shower glass and mirrors were spotless. Bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh. Above all was the host that we dealt with. Very responsive and super polite, even to our Canadian standard :-) He even sent us recommendations for restaurants and stores nearby, which was very helpful as there are so many of them. Overall a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommended.

Would be hard pressed to call this a luxury property. Aside from the redesigned bathroom, the remainder of the suit was reminiscent of a university dorm or halfway house. Relying on a single key for family made planning separate outings difficult. Also, no service for towels replacement on the weekend For the price was expecting more. The good side is the Monti neighbourhood is conveniently located and lots of pubs and restaurants in the area

The place was nice, safe & quiet. However, do not expect to get clean towels through your trip if staying 5 days. There is no housekeeping and unfortunately don’t expect anyone to come and throw the trash, you must do it yourself :) & get your own toilet paper once you run out.
