In the heart of Monti, a few steps from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums, an entire two-level apartment for 7 guests. Two bedrooms and a bright living room with a sofa bed; two full bathrooms, one of which is outdoor, reached through the patio. Well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private patio. All around, Rome's most bohemian and lively district, between artisan workshops, wine bars and cobbled lanes. Self check-in available.



The Space:

Entire two-level apartment for 7 guests. Two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and a single bed, one with a queen bed; plus a bright living room with a sofa bed for two. Two full bathrooms: the first inside the apartment, the second located in the outdoor patio and reached through a dedicated door. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, plus a dining table. Air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, TV, washer and dryer. The private patio offers an outdoor space with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing. Beds are prepared for the number of guests booked; different configurations must be requested in advance. We provide one set of towels per person (body + face towel); replacement towels are available after 3 nights of stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private patio where the second bathroom is located. Check-in is self-service via access code, available 24/7. Check-in instructions, including the access code, are sent on the day of check-in, once the apartment is ready and the conditions are met: online form completed with full and correct data and documents uploaded; city tax paid. Early check-in must be requested by 18:00 the day before; if approved, instructions are sent on the morning of the check-in day after 9:00, provided the conditions are met. Confirmation is subject to availability.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is in Monti, Rome's oldest and most characterful district, just steps from the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. The neighborhood is famous for its bohemian, youthful atmosphere: artisan workshops, vintage boutiques, wine bars and traditional trattorias line the cobbled lanes. San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo's Moses and the lively Via Urbana are a short walk away, while Via Nazionale with its shops is right around the corner.



Getting Around:

The nearest metro is Cavour (line B), about 5 minutes on foot, with Termini station a short ride away. Many bus lines run along Via Nazionale and Via Cavour. The whole historic centre, including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezia, is easily reached on foot. The area is within the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so we recommend arriving without a car; paid parking is available nearby. From Fiumicino airport the easiest route is the train to Termini and then a short transfer; from Ciampino, the shuttle bus or train to Termini.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in/out: Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed by default. If needed, they must be requested by 6:00 pm the day before; confirmation is subject to availability.

Cleaning: For stays of at least 10 nights, one free cleaning on request after the first 5 nights. Extra cleanings available at a charge (same rate applied at booking).

Luggage storage: Possible before check-in or after check-out at our office in Via della Madonna dei Monti 24, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Free service, availability to be checked in advance by writing to us.

Beds: by default prepared for the minimum number needed for the booked guests. Different configurations must be requested in advance.

Towels: one set per booked guest (body towel + face towel). Replacement towels available after 3 nights of stay.

Off-platform contact: When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email, always indicate the name of the apartment and the check-in date.

Languages: We communicate in Italian, English, Spanish and French.

Property note: The second bathroom is located in the outdoor patio and is reached through a dedicated door.
